Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.生理的僧帽弁用の一時的保持システムにおいて、 a)生理的僧帽弁の環帯を支持的に受け入れるようになった支持部材と、 b)前記支持部材に関して固定的に位置決めされ、且つ、前記弁の乳頭状突起が 一時的に取り付けられるように構成された、一対の乳頭状突起ホルダと、 を有することを特徴とする、前記システム。 2.前記支持部材は、 i)リムの周りに前記生理的僧帽弁の前記環帯を受け入れるようになったプレー トを含む、プレート部材と、 ii)前記環帯を損傷することなく前記環帯を前記リムに取り外し自在に保持す るため、前記リムの周りに位置決めされるようになった保持部材と、 を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。 3.前記支持部材は、前記環帯を間に受け入れるようになった実質的に平行な垂 下した周囲フランジを有するプレート部材を含み、前記フランジには、前記環帯 を前記プレート部材に取り外し自在に固定するために縫糸を通すことができるよ うに構成された横方向開口部を設けた、請求項1に記載のシステム。 4.前記支持部材のほぼ中央に取り付けられ、前記支持部材に対して実質的に垂 直方向に延在するように構成されたハンドルを、更に有する、請求項1に記載の システム。 5.前記保持部材は、同一平面内で相互係合可能な複数のクランプを含み、これ らのクランプは、それぞれ、前記リムの一つの位置を取り囲んでいる、請求項2 に記載のシステム。 6.前記クランプは、スナップ・リングの形態で相互係合可能である、請求項5 に記載のシステム。 7.前記リムは円形断面である、請求項2に記載のシステム。 8.前記保持部材は、前記環帯をクランプするように構成された、下方及び外方 に向かってテーパ状の壁を有する、請求項2に記載のシステム。 9.前記環帯は、前記クランプの相互係合後、前記プレート部材を前記保持部材 の平面から下方に移動することによって、前記クランプ部材から外すことができ る、請求項6に記載のシステム。 10.前記保持部材が前記プレートに関して下方に移動しないようにするため、 前記プレート部材と前記保持部材とを係合するように構成された、取り外し自在 のキーを更に有する、請求項9に記載のシステム。 11.複数の前記乳頭状突起ホルダは、それぞれ、保持エレメントによって乳頭 状突起をホルダに一時的に固定するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシ ステム。 12.前記保持エレメントは縫糸である、請求項9に記載のシステム。 13.前記ホルダの各々は、小刀溝を後側に有し、前記保持エレメントは、前記 乳頭状突起を前記ホルダから外すために前記縫糸を切断することを容易にするた め、前記溝を横切って延在する、請求項12に記載のシステム。 14.前記支持部材は透明であり、前記環帯に設けられた位置決めマーキングを 観察できるように構成された、請求項1に記載のシステム。 15.前記垂下フランジは、内外の実質的に同心のフランジであり、前記フラン ジの前記横方向開口部は互いに周方向に整合している、請求項3に記載のシステ ム。
