Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 流体作動式バルブアッセンブリ(10)であって、 長手方向軸(16)に沿って延びるシリンダ(14)を規定するハウジング(12) と、 第1端位置と第2端位置との間で、該長手方向軸(16)に沿って該シリンダ( 14)における往復運動のために配置されたピストン(18)と、 該シリンダにおいて作動チャンバー(20)への流体の流入を可能とし、該第1 端位置から該第2端位置まで該ピストンを変位させる流体入り口(22)と、 該ピストン(18)をバルブ閉鎖部材(30)に接続し、該ピストンが該第1端位 置にある時は、該バルブ閉鎖部材が開位置にあり、該ピストンが該第2端位置に ある時は、該バルブ閉鎖手段がバルブシート(32)にシール係合する接続装置(3 6)を備え、 該接続手段(36)は、該作動チャンバー(20)における流体圧に依存して可変 である長さを有することを特徴とする、バルブアッセンブリ。 2. 前記接続手段(36)は環状断面を有し、そのため該接続手段が内部チャ ンバー(38)を軸方向に規定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバルブア ッセンブリ。 3. 前記ピストン(18)は、前記内部チャンバー(38)と協働する、少なく とも1つの貫通穴(40)を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバルブア ッセンブリ。 4. 前記接続手段(36)は可撓性のあるベローズであることを特徴とする、 請求項1から請求項3のうちのいずれかひとつに記載のバルブアッセンブリ。 5. 前記可撓性のあるベローズ(36)はスチールから作製されることを特徴 とする、請求項4に記載のバルブアッセンブリ。 6. 拡張抑制手段(46)が、前記バルブ閉鎖部材(30)に前記ピストン(18 )を接続することを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項5のうちのいずれかひとつ に記載のバルブアッセンブリ。 7. 前記拡張抑制手段(46)は、前記内部チャンバー(38)を通過すること を特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバルブアッセンブリ。 8. 前記バルブ閉鎖部材(30)は、内燃機関(56)の排気ガス再循環パイプ (44)に排気マニホールド(42)を選択的に接続することを特徴とする、請求項 1から請求項7のうちのいずれかひとつに記載のバルブアッセンブリ。 9. ディーゼルエンジン型車両においてEGRバルブを作動させるための、 請求項1から請求項8のうちのいずれかひとつに記載のバルブアッセンブリの使 用。 10.一連に接続され、ディーゼル型車両において排気ガスの再循環の量を制御 するための、請求項1から請求項8のうちのいずれかひとつに記載の、複数のバ ルブアッセンブリ(10a、10b、10c)の使用。
