Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.エチレンのポリマー及びコポリマーを含む2モードまたは3モードの分子 量分布の生成物を製造するための触媒組成物であって、 生成物が単一の反応器内で製造され、そして生成物が28〜70の範囲のMF Rを有し、 生成物が少なくとも2種の成分を含み、生成物の5〜50重量%が該2種の成 分の1つであり、そして生成物が第2の成分を有志、該2種の成分の該1つが第 2の成分よりも大きい分子量を有し、 触媒が (i)非極性溶媒及び−OH基を有する固体多孔質シリカのスラリーを与え、 (ii)該シリカをRMgR’で含漬して中間体(ii)を形成し,ここで−O H基:Mgの比は1未満であり、R及びR’の各々は炭素原子数4〜10のアル キルであり、そして同じでも異なっていてもよく、そしてRMgR’は該極性溶 媒内に可溶性であり;(iii)中間体(ii)を一定量の四塩化炭素で処理し、 その量は四塩化炭素:RMgR’モル比が0.3〜3を与えて工程(iii)の 生成物を形成するのに有効であり;(iv)(iii)の後、工程(iii)の生 成物をTiCl4で処理して触媒前駆体を形成し、ここで−OH:Ti比は1未 満であり;そして(v)触媒前駆体を助触媒としての塩化ジメチルアルミニウム で処理して触媒前駆体を活性化すること を含んでなる工程によって形成される、前記の触媒組成物。 2.工程(ii)及び(iv)が40〜60℃の範囲の温度で実施される、請 求項1に記載の触媒組成物。 3.R及びR’がC4〜C8アルキル基である、請求項2に記載の触媒組成物。 4.R及びR’がそれぞれブチル基である、請求項3に記載の触媒組成物。 5.非極性溶媒が周囲温度で液体である、請求項4に記載の触媒組成物。 6.工程(iv)で存在するTiCl4の量が、Mg:Tiのモル比が0.5 〜2であるようなものである、請求項2に記載の触媒組成物。 7.工程(iv)で存在するTiCl4の量が、Mg:Tiのモル比が0.7 5〜1.5であるようなものである、請求項6に記載の触媒組成物。 8.工程(i)で使用する有機マグネシウム化合物の量がMg:OHのモル比 が1:1〜3:1であるようなものである、請求項6に記載の触媒組成物。 9.工程(i)で使用する有機マグネシウム化合物の量がMg:OHのモル比 が1.1:1〜2:1であるようなものである、請求項7に記載の触媒組成物。 10.工程(i)で使用する有機マグネシウム化合物の量がMg:OHのモル 比が1.2:1〜1.8:1であるようなものである、請求項8に記載の触媒組 成物。 11.工程(i)で使用する有機マグネシウム化合物の量がMg:OHのモル 比が1.4:1であるようなものである、請求項10に記載の触媒組成物。 12.工程(i)においてシリカが溶媒と接触する前に、シリカを少なくとも 200℃の温度に加熱する、請求項11に記載の触媒組成物。 13.シリカを600℃の温度に加熱する、請求項12に記載の触媒組成物。 14.加熱後に、シリカが0.7ミリモル/gの表面ヒドロキシル基濃度、3 00m2/gの表面積、及び1.65m3/gの孔体積を有する、請求項13に記 載の触媒組成物。 15.エチレンのポリマー及びコポリマーを含む2モードまたは3モードの分 子量分布の生成物を製造するための触媒組成物であって、 生成物が単一の反応器内で製造され、そして生成物が28〜70の範囲のMF Rを有し、 生成物が少なくとも2種の成分を含み、生成物の5〜50重量%が該2種の成 分の1つであり、そして生成物が第2の成分を有し、該2種の成分の該1つが第 2の成分よりも大きい分子量を有し、 触媒が (i)非極性溶媒及び−OH基を有する固体多孔質シリカのスラリーを与え、 (ii)該シリカをRMgR’で含漬して中間体(ii)を形成し,ここで−O H基:Mg比は1未満であり、R及びR’の各々はブチルであり、そしてRMg R’は該極性溶媒内に可溶性であり;(iii)中間体(ii)を一定量の四塩化 炭素で処理し、その量は0.3〜3の四塩化炭素:RMgR’モル比を与えて 工程(iii)の生成物を形成するのに有効であり;(iv)(iii)の後、工 程(iii)の生成物をTiCl4で処理して触媒前駆体を形成し、ここで−O H:Ti比は1未満であり;そして(v)触媒前駆体を助触媒としての塩化ジメ チルアルミニウムと組み合わせて触媒前駆体を活性化すること を含んでなる工程によって形成される、前記の触媒組成物。 16.工程(ii)及び(iv)が40〜60℃の範囲の温度で実施される、 請求項15に記載の触媒組成物。 17.非極性溶媒が周囲温度で液体である、請求項16に記載の触媒組成物。 18.工程(iv)で存在するTiCl4の量が、Mg:Tiのモル比が0. 5〜2であるようなものである、請求項16に記載の触媒組成物。 19.工程(iv)で存在するTiCl4の量が、Mg:Tiのモル比が0. 75〜1.5であるようなものである、請求項18に記載の触媒組成物。 20.工程(i)で使用する有機マグネシウム化合物の量がMg:OHのモル 比が1:1〜3:1であるようなものである、請求項18に記載の触媒組成物。 21.工程(i)で使用する有機マグネシウム化合物の量がMg:OHのモル 比が1.1:1〜2:1であるようなものである、請求項19に記載の触媒組成物 。 22.工程(i)で使用する有機マグネシウム化合物の量がMg:OHのモル 比が1.2:1〜1.8:1であるようなものである、請求項20に記載の触媒 組成物。 23.工程(i)で使用する有機マグネシウム化合物の量がMg:OHのモル 比が1.4:1であるようなものである、請求項22に記載の触媒組成物。 24.工程(i)においてシリカが溶媒と接触する前に、シリカを少なくとも 200℃の温度に加熱する、請求項23に記載の触媒組成物。 25.シリカを600℃の温度に加熱する、請求項23に記載の触媒組成物。 26.加熱後に、シリカが0.7ミリモル/gの表面ヒドロキシル基濃度、3 00m2/gの表面積、及び1.65m3/gの孔体積を有する、請求項25に記 載の触媒組成物。
