Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.正反対に磁化された、固体希土類マグネットコアからなる回転子を備えた高 速度、ブラシレスの直流モータ、前記回転子は前記マグネットコアを囲み、高速 回転時にコアを半径方向に拘束するスリーブを備えており、前記スリーブは前記 コアから両方向に軸線に沿って延びて前記回転子のために中空のシャフトを形成 し、前記スリーブは、非磁性、低電気伝導率の材料から形成されている。 2.前記コアがネオジム−鉄−ボロン(NdFeB)から形成されている、請求 項1に記載のモータ。 3.前記コアがスリーブ内に圧縮状態で保持されている、請求項1または2に記 載のモータ。 4.前記回転子の共振曲げ周波数が最大回転数を超える、請求項1、2または3 に記載のモータ。 5.前記回転子は能動磁気ベアリング上に支持されており、前記ベアリングが回 転子を軸方向および半径方向に位置決めする、請求項1に記載のモータ。 6.回転子スリーブがインコネル(INCONEL)から形成されている、請求 項1に記載のモータ。 7.前記コアは、予めスリーブに応力をかけることによって、(静止時に)圧縮 負荷がかかった状態に維持されている、請求項3に記載のモータ。 8.前記予めスリーブに応力をかけることは、前記コアと前記スリーブを実質的 に熱偏差が生じるように組み立てることによって行い、そして、前記スリーブを 前記コア上に縮める、請求項7に記載のモータ。 9.拘束するスリーブによって囲まれた固体希土類マグネットコアからなる回転 子、および、予め決定された比率の電子インバータを備えた制御回路を有する、 高速度、ブラシレスの直流モータ、前記制御回路は、基底速度から最大速度まで のモータの速度範囲を通して実質的に一定な出力を維持する手段を備えており、 一方で、逆起電力に関して供給された電機子電流の前進角を変化させることによ って、力率を1近くに維持し、それによって、一定速度範囲内を通じて磁束弱化 を行う。 10.速度範囲の限界における電流および力率が等しくなるように設計され、基 底速度において電流が電圧を遅滞させ、最大速度において進める、請求項9 に記載のモータ。 11.設計された基底速度が約32,000rpmであり、設計された最高速度 が約48,000rpmであり、最大出力での電流の前進は約15°〜20°で ある、請求項9または10項に記載のモータ。 12.基底速度において電流が電圧を遅滞させ、最大速度において電流が電圧を 進める、請求項9、10、または11に記載のモータ。
