Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.遠位端に開口を有する外管と、 この外管の内部に回転のために配され、遠位端と近位端との間に内部通路を 有する内管と、 内管の遠位に取り付けられた近位シャンク及びこのシャンクの遠位に配され かつ外管の開口の内側に位置する縦溝付きの組織切除用ドリルバーを含んでいる 手術刃先とを備え、 シャンクが、前記通路に連通する内部チャンバを定める壁を含み、この壁が 、ドリルバーによって切除された組織片をチャンバ内へ次いで前記通路内へ運ぶ ために、チャンバに連なる窓孔を含み、この窓孔が、前記壁の外径に対して実質 的な幅を有している手術器具。 2.窓孔の幅が、前記壁の外径の約2分の1である請求項1に記載の手術器具。 3.窓孔の幅が、前記壁の外径の2分の1よりも大きい請求項1に記載の手術器 具。 4.窓孔の遠位端に隣接して配された前記壁の一部が、その窓孔へ向かって近位 方向へ傾斜する傾斜面を含んでいる先行請求項のいずれか1つに記載の手術器具 。 5.前記壁が、前記開口の側部を定めるとともに平面内に置かれる一対の軸方向 面を定め、傾斜面がその平面に対して鋭角で方向付けられている請求項4に記載 の手術器具。 6.内部チャンバがほぼ円筒状になるようにシャンクの前記壁が管状である先行 請求項のいずれか1つに記載の手術器具。 7.外管の開口が、外管の遠位端における遠位端とドリルバーの近位に設けられ た近位端との間で軸方向へ延びており、それによって、ドリルバーを外管の一方 側部に沿って露出させるとともに、ドリルバーの他方側部のためのフードをもた らす外管の一部を定める先行請求項のいずれか1つに記載の手術器具。 8.外管の開口が、前記窓孔の主要部を露出させるために、軸方向へ充分に延び ている先行請求項のいずれか1つに記載の手術器具。 9.外管の開口は、その開口の近位端が前記窓孔の近位端に隣接して設けられる ように、軸方向へ延びている請求項7に記載の手術器具。 10.外管の開口は、その開口の近位端が前記窓孔の近位端の近位に設けられる ように、軸方向へ延びている請求項9に記載の手術器具。 11.ドリルバーが、内管の回転の際に外管における前記開口によってドリルバ ーにさらされる被切除組織のための手術刃先の外面に設けられた複数の縦溝によ って周方向に間隔の置かれた複数の切除刃を含んでいる先行請求項のいずれか1 つに記載の手術器具。 12.切除刃の少なくとも1つが、少なくとも1つの切欠をその中に含んでいる 請求項11に記載の手術器具。 13.切除刃が、軸方向へ間隔の置かれた複数の切欠をその中に含んでいる請求 項11に記載の手術器具。 14.切除刃のそれぞれが、軸方向へ間隔の置かれた複数の切欠をその中に含ん でいる請求項11に記載の手術器具。 15.切除刃及び縦溝が、軸方向へ延びるとともに、ドリルバーの長手軸に対し て傾斜している請求項11に記載の手術器具。 16.ドリルバーが、軸方向へ延びかつ縦溝を横断するように傾斜した複数の筋 溝をさらに備え、これらの筋溝が、軸方向へ間隔の置かれた複数の切欠を切除刃 のそれぞれに定めている請求項15に記載の手術器具。 17.縦溝及び筋溝が、前記長手軸に対して互いに逆向きの鋭角で方向付けられ ている請求項16に記載の手術器具。 18.縦溝のそれぞれが、第1切除刃の先行面と、隣接する第2切除刃の随行面 とを定めている請求項11に記載の手術器具。 19.先行面が、切除刃のための正のすくい角を定めるために切除刃の半径に対 して方向付けられている請求項18に記載の手術器具。
