Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 脊柱の接骨システムのための位置決め器具であって、この接骨システム は、それぞれが脊柱の椎体内に取り付けられるようにつくられている2つの細長 い取付け部材(6)と、取付け部材を互いに接続するようにつくられている細長 い取付け結合要素(14)とを含み、またこの接骨システムは、ロックされてい ない場合の構成においては、それぞれの取付け部材(6)が取付け結合要素(1 4)に対して、取付け部材の長手方向(9)に垂直で取付け結合要素(14)の 長手方向にも垂直な第1軸(18)を中心にして回転することができるように、 そしてロックされた場合の構成においては、それぞれの取付け部材(6)が取付 け結合要素(14)に強固に固定されるようにつくられており、前記位置決め器 具は、それぞれ脱着可能に2つの取付け部材(6)に取り付けられるようにつく られた2つのアーム(8)と、それぞれのアームの一部分(26,36)を互い に接続するようにつくられた細長いアーム結合要素(31)とを有し、アーム結 合要素はこれらアームの一部分同士を接続することによってアームの一部分同士 (26,36)の相互分離の極値を規定し、アーム結合要素(31)が、アーム の一部分の一方(36)とかみ合うようにつくられた歯を有する少なくとも1つ のラック(32)を有し、このラックが、回転可能性を維持しながら、他方のア ームの一部分(26)に固定されることを特徴とする位置決め器具。 2. アーム結合要素(31)は、極値を規定しているときに、アームの一部 分同士(26,36)がひとつの移動方向でのみ相対的変位がおきるようにつく られている、請求項1記載の器具。 3. アーム結合要素(31)は、極値を規定しているときに、それぞれのア ーム(8)がアーム結合要素(31)に対して第1軸(18)に平行な第2軸( 30)のまわりに回転可能であるようにつくられている、請求項1および2のい ずれかに記載の器具。 4. 極値が最大値である、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の器具。 5. ラック(32)は、アームの一部分同士(26,36)がラック(32 )によって接続されているときに、歯(34)が取付け部材(6)の方向に延び ているように配列されている、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の器具。 6. ラック(32)は、それが固定されているアーム(8)に対して、対応 する第2軸(30)の方向において滑動可能になっている、請求項1から5のい ずれかに記載の器具。 7. ラック(32)に係合するようにつくられているアームの一部分(36 )は、ラック(32)のために、そのラックと係合するようにつくられて、ラッ クの幅より大きい幅を有する領域(41)を含んでいる、請求項1から6のいず れかに記載の器具。 8. ラック(32)を支えているアーム(8)は、そのラックを、歯(34 )が他方のアームの一部分(36)とかみ合うのに対応する位置まで戻すための 手段(40)を含んでいる、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の器具。 9. アーム結合要素(31)が2つのラック(32)を含み、それらが互い に強固に固定されて、同一面上で、互いに平行で、同一の一方向に延びる歯(3 4)を有し、さらにラックが係合するアームのそれぞれの側に延びるようにつく られている、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の器具。 10. それぞれのアーム(8)が対応する取付け部材(6)に対して取付け 部材の長手方向の軸(9)のまわりに回転可能につくられている、請求項1から 9のいずれかに記載の器具。 11. それぞれのアーム(8)が、アームが取付け部材に固定されて、それ ぞれの取付け部材(6)上に設けられた位置ロッキング手段を作動させるための 開口部を有する、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の器具。。 12. アーム同士がアーム結合要素(31)によって接続されているとき、 それぞれのアーム(8)が他方のアームと対面的に配されるようにつくられた平 面的な外側表面を有して、この外側表面がアームの取付け部材(6)とは反対側 の自由端(22)に隣接し、アームの長手方向の軸(9)に対して傾いて、その アームの幅がこの自由端(22)に向かって先細になっている、請求項1から1 1のいずれかに記載の器具。 13. 結合要素のひとつによって接続されている取付け部材(6)もしくは アーム(8)のそれぞれの一部分同士(12)を互いに近づけたり遠ざけたりし て動かすハンドツール(48)をさらに含む請求項1から12のいずれかに記載 の器具。 14. 脊柱の接骨セットにおいて、このセットが接骨システムを有し、この システムは、脊柱の椎体内に取り付けられるようにつくられた2つの細長い取付 け部材(6)と、取付け部材同士を互いに接続するようにつくられた細長い取付 け結合要素(14)とを含み、このシステムは、ロックされていない場合の構成 においては、それぞれの取付け部材(6)が取付け結合要素(14)に対して、 取付け部材の長手方向(9)に垂直で取付け結合要素(14)の長手方向にも垂 直な第1軸(18)を中心にして回転することができるように、そしてロックさ れた場合の構成においては、それぞれの取付け部材(6)が取付け結合要素(1 4)に強固に固定されるようになっており、さらに請求項1から13のいずれか に記載の器具を含むことを特徴とする接骨セット。 15. 取付け結合要素(14)は、ロックされていない場合の構成において はそれぞれの取付け部材(6)が取付け結合要素(14)に沿って滑動可能であ るようにつくられていることを特徴とする、請求項14記載のセット。 16. 取付け結合要素(14)がロッドを含み、それぞれのアーム(8)が ロッドの通路となる少なくとも一つの切り込み(24)を有し、その切り込みの 幅がロッドの直径より大きくなっている、請求項14もしくは15記載のセット 。
