Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ハブ(12)およびディスク(14)を備えたディスク・ブレーキ・シス テム(10;40;60)で、ハブは中心回転軸(22)を中心に回転自在に装 着され、ディスクはハブとともに回転するようそれに装着され、ディスク(14 )は前記中心回転軸(22)に平行である方向にハブ(12)上を摺動すること ができるディスク・ブレーキ・システムにおいて、システムがハブ(12)とデ ィスク(14)の間に装着された複数の弾性力アプリケータ(34;62)も備 え、力アプリケータ(34;62)がディスクに半径方向の力をかけるよう作用 し、力アプリケータ(34;62)がハブの周囲に円周方向に配置されることを 特徴とするディスク・ブレーキ・システム。 2.弾性力アプリケータ(34:62)が前記中心回転軸(22)を中心にほ ぼ等間隔であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のディスク・ブレーキ・シス テム。 3.力アプリケータが板ばね(34;62)であることを特徴とする、請求項 1または2のいずれか1項に記載のディスク・ブレーキ・システム。 4.各板ばね(34;62)が、ディスク(14)がハブに装着されていない 場合にばね(34)がハブ(12)の正接方向に延在するような方法で、ハブ( 12)の外面に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に 記載のディスク・ブレーキ・システム。 5.ハブ(12)およびディスク(14)が、ハブとディスクとの間の相対的 な回転動作は防止するが、中心回転軸(22)に平行な相対的動作は許容する噛 み合い表面機構(28,30)を有し、前記力アプリケータ(34)が装着され た前記噛み合い表面機構間にスペースがあることを特徴とする、請求項1から4 のいずれか1項に記載のディスク・ブレーキ・システム。 6.前記噛み合い表面機構が、ハブ(12)の外面上に軸方向に延在するスプ ライン(28)と、ディスク(14)の内面から突き出す歯(30)とを備える ことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のディスク・ブレーキ・システム。 7.ディスク(14)の内面とハブ(12)の外面とに、複数の軸方向に延在 するローラ(46)を捕捉できる窪み(42,44)が形成され、ローラがハブ とディスクとの間で回転駆動力を伝達する働きをし、ディスクがローラ上を軸方 向に摺動することができ、したがってハブに対して摺動できることを特徴とする 、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のディスク・ブレーキ・システム。 8.板ばね(34)がハブ(12)の周囲でローラ(46)間に配置されるこ とを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のディスク・ブレーキ・システム。 9.少なくとも幾つかの板ばね(62)が、ローラ(46)の1つを受ける開 口(66)を有することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のディスク・ブレーキ・ システム。 10.ローラ(46)が、鋼より耐腐食性が高い材料から形成される表面を有す ることを特徴とする、請求項7から9のいずれか1項に記載のディスク・ブレー キ・システム。
