Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.高輝度放電ランプ用のバラストであり、このバラストは、前記ランプ用の動 作周波数を持つ動作電圧を生成する手段、前記動作周波数を調節する手段、音 響共振が無い場合は対称であり、音響共振の始まりで非対称である検出信号を 検出する手段、及び前記非対称を検出する手段を有し、前記動作周波数が前記 非対称の検出に依存して調節されることを特徴とするバラスト。 2.請求項1に記載のバラストにおいて、前記検出信号がAC供給電圧から得ら れるリップル電圧であることを特徴とするバラスト。 3.請求項1又は2に記載のバラストにおいて、前記検出信号は特定の基準電圧 を介して周期的に推移し、前記非対称を検出する前記手段は、前記特定の基準 電圧を介して前記推移間の時間を測定する手段を有することを特徴とするバラ スト。 4.請求項1又は2に記載のバラストにおいて、前記検出信号は特定の基準電圧 を介して周期的に推移し、前記非対称を検出する前記手段は、前記検出信号が 前記特定の基準電圧と異なる程度を測定する手段を有することを特徴とするバ ラスト。 5.請求項3又は4に記載のバラストにおいて、前記検出信号は音響共振が無い 場合は最小電圧レベルと最大電圧レベルとの間で変化し、前記特定の基準電圧 は前記最小電圧レベルと前記最大電圧レベルとの中間点であることを特徴とす るバラスト。 6.請求項3又は5に記載のバラストにおいて、前記非対称を検出する前記手段 は更に、前記特定の基準電圧を介して前記推移間の第1及び第2時間を測定す る手段を有し、前記非対称の前記検出は、前記第1時間と第2時間との間の差 に依存することを特徴とするバラスト。 7.請求項4又は5に記載のバラストにおいて、前記非対称を検出する前記手段 は更に、前記特定の基準電圧から前記検出電圧の第1及び第2偏差を測定する 手段を有し、前記非対称の前記検出は、前記第1偏差と第2偏差と間の差に依 存することを特徴とするバラスト。 8.請求項4、5又は7に記載のバラストにおいて、前記非対称を検出する前記 手段は更に、前記特定の基準電圧から前記検出電圧の第1及び第2偏差を測定す る手段を有し、前記非対称の前記検出は、前記第偏差と第2偏差との平均に依存 することを特徴とするバラスト。
