Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.製紙原料の懸濁液をふるい分けるための圧力スクリーンであって、ハウジン グと、該ハウジング内に設けられていて入口表面および出口表面を有する円筒形 スクリーン手段と、該スクリーン手段内で回転するように装着されたロータと、 ふるい分けられるべき原料懸濁液を前記スクリーン手段の内部に向ける原料入口 と、前記スクリーン手段を通過する繊維を受ける原料出口と、前記スクリーン手 段の前記入口表面から廃棄物材料を受ける廃棄物出口とからなり、前記ロータは 該ロータと共に回転するように装着された圧力衝撃箔を有し、該箔は前記入口表 面に近接して装着され、前記スクリーン手段には軸方向に離間された少なくとも 2つの環状ふるい分け帯域および前記ふるい分け帯域間に定置された少なくとも 1つの廃棄物収集層が設けられ、前記少なくとも1つのふるい分け帯域の前記入 口表面が前記廃棄物収集層に連通していて廃棄物を前記少なくとも1つの入口表 面から前記廃棄物収集層へ分配し、前記廃棄物収集層が前記廃棄物出口に連通し ていることを特徴とした圧力スクリーン。 2.前記ロータはドラム型ロータの形態をしており、該ドラム型ロータは原料懸 濁液を前記環状ふるい分け帯域の前記入口表面に向けるように定置された原料出 口開口を有していることを特徴とした請求項1に記載の圧力スクリーン。 3.前記ドラム型ロータはほぼ円筒形シェルに成形されており、該シェル内の半 径方向壁は該シェル内部を分離した流通路に分割して原料懸濁液を前記原料出口 開口の個別のものに向けることを特徴とした請求項2に記載の圧カスクリーン。 4.前記円筒形スクリーン手段は軸方向に離間されて装着された1対の円筒形ス クリーンからなり、各スクリーンは前記環状ふるい分け帯域の1つを画定し、前 記廃棄物収集層が前記スクリーン間で軸方向の空間に成形されることを特徴とし た請求項1、2、または3に記載の圧力スクリーン。 5.前記円筒形スクリーン手段は一体の円筒形スクリーンからなり、前記軸方向 に離間された環状ふるい分け帯域は、前記ロータ開口からの前記原料懸濁液を前 記帯域における前記スクリーン入口表面に接触して案内する前記ドラム型ロータ に成形された円周方向リブによって画定されることを特徴とした請求項2または 3に記載の圧力スクリーン。 6.前記円筒形スクリーンは、前記環状ふるい分け帯域間で軸方向に定置されか つ前記廃棄物出口への廃棄物の通路のための前記廃棄物収集層に連通した開口を 成形されていることを特徴とした請求項5に記載の圧力スクリーン。 7.製紙原料の懸濁液をふるい分けるための圧力スクリーンであって、包囲ハウ ジングと、該ハウジング内に設けられた円筒形スクリーンと、該スクリーン内で 回転するように装着されたドラム型ロータと、ただし、前記ロータは該ロータと 共に回転するように装着された圧力衝撃箔を有し、該箔は前記スクリーンの内面 に近接して装着され、ふるい分けられるべき原料懸濁液を前記ロータの内部に向 ける原料入口と、前記スクリーンの外面への前記スクリーンを通過する紙繊維を 受ける原料出口と、前記スクリーンの内面から廃棄物材料を受ける廃棄物出口と 、軸方向に離間された少なくとも2つの環状ふるい分け層および少なくとも1つ の中間廃棄物収集層を含む複数の軸方向に離間された環状帯域に分割する手段と 、ただし、前記層は前記スクリーンおよび前記ロータ間で環状の半径方向に延び るリブによって画定され、これによりふるい分けられるべき原料が前記環状ふる い分け層に向けられ、前記ふるい分け層と一致するように前記ロータ内に成形さ れていてふるい分けられるべき原料を前記入口から前記ふるい分け層に配分する 開口と、前記廃棄物収集層から出て前記廃棄物出口に連通する前記スクリーン内 の廃棄物通路であって、ふるい分けが前記ふるい分け帯域の中間に定置された廃 棄物収集層を伴う前記複数のふるい分け帯域に限定される廃棄物通路とからなる 圧力スクリーン。 8.前記ロータ開口のいくつかが前記ロータ開口の他のものから円弧状に離間さ れ、前記ロータが原料懸濁液のための流通路を形成する半径方向に延びる壁を設 けられており、前記流通路が前記の円弧状に離間された開口の個々の1つに接続 して前記入口から前記ふるい分け層までの原料懸濁液の均等な流れをつくること を特徴とした請求項7に記載の圧力スクリーン。 9.添付図面の図1および2または図3、4もしくは5に関連して述べたように 実質的に動作するように構成された圧力スクリーン。
