Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.植物栄養価を高めた組成物を形成するために比較的分解度が低い有機廃棄物 を処理するプロセスであって、 前記比較的分解度が低い有機廃棄物を水と混合して、ポンプで供給可能なスラ リーを形成する工程と、 前記スラリーを、塩基、酸、及び水と反応させて溶融物を形成するためにパイ プクロスリアクタへとポンプで供給する工程と、 前記溶融物を、粒化機の微粒子から成る再循環床の上に噴霧し、溶融物に含ま れる水を蒸気として蒸発させる工程と、 前記溶融物を粒化機の細かい分子の上に付着させて粒状分子を形成する工程と 、 前記粒状分子を乾燥させて、その水分含量を減小させ、植物栄養価を高めた組 成物を含んだ乾燥粒状分子を形成する工程と から成るプロセス。 2.乾燥粒状分子を分離装置に通過させ、前記乾燥粒子を、微粒子、製品、及び 大きすぎる物質に分離する工程を更に含む請求項1に記載のプロセス。 3.微粒子を細かい分子として粒化機へ戻し、粒状分子に対する基体を形成する 工程を更に含む請求項2に記載のプロセス。 4.粒化機が、溶融物へアンモニアを添加するためのアンモニア多孔分散管を含 む請求項1に記載のプロセス。 5.蒸気、アンモニア及び粒子を含む粒化機からの煙気が、煙気を吸引してベン チュリスクラバを通過させて粒化機内を陰圧に保つことにより収集され、同ベン チュリスクラバは、ベンチュリスロート内へ噴霧される洗浄水としての低pH水 を有するベンチュリスロートを備える請求項1に記載のプロセス。 6.洗浄水のpHが、溶融めっきプロセスからの廃酸を洗浄水へ加えることによ って低く保たれる請求項5に記載のプロセス。 7.洗浄水のpHが、鋼の酸洗いプロセスからの廃酸を洗浄水へ加えることによ って低く保たれる請求項5に記載のプロセス。 8.回転式乾燥機が粒状分子を乾燥させるために使用される請求項1に記載のプ ロセス。 9.回転式乾燥機が、それと連結された粒塊破砕機を有する請求項8に記載のプ ロセス。 10.回転式乾燥機から排出される物質が、粒塊破砕機の中を通過すると、大き すぎる物質の大きさが2.54cm(1インチ)よりも小さくなる請求項9に記 載のプロセス。 11.比較的分解度が低い有機廃棄物が、下水汚物、養鶏業における廃棄物、食 品加工業における廃棄物、製紙業における廃棄物、養豚業における廃棄物、及び これらの混合物から成るグループより選択される請求項1に記載のプロセス。 12.請求項1に記載のプロセスによって製造された肥料。 13.請求項6に記載のプロセスによって製造された肥料。 14.請求項7に記載のプロセスによって製造された肥料。 15.請求項5に記載のプロセスに使用されるベンチュリスクラバのpHを低く 保つために前記廃酸を加える工程を含む、溶融めっきプロセス又は鋼の酸洗いプ ロセスからの廃酸を処理するプロセス。 16.比較的分解度が低い有機廃棄物を処理するプロセスの改良であって、前記 プロセスは、比較的分解度が低い有機廃棄物の植物栄養価を高めるために、発熱 を伴うように酸と塩基とを反応させて、比較的分解度が低い有機廃棄物を処理す る工程を含み、前記改良は、前記処理する工程をパイプクロスリアクタ内で行う ことを含むプロセスの改良。 17.パイプクロスリアクタから粒化機へと物質が送り込まれる請求項16に記 載の改良。 18.比較的分解度が低い有機廃棄物が、下水汚物、養鶏業における廃棄物、食 品加工業における廃棄物、製紙業における廃棄物、養豚業における廃棄物、及び これらの混合物から成るグループより選択される請求項16に記載の改良。
