Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.炭素−炭素複合材料から作られる部品の製造方法であって、この方法は 、立体繊維構造を形成し;該繊維構造を圧縮して、製造される部品の形に近い形 の繊維プレフォームを得;該プレフォームをそれの圧縮状態に維持し;プレフォ ームを緻密化する;ことを含んで成る方法であって、この方法が、: ・フェルトの層を重ね、それらをニードリングによって結合させることによっ て、立体繊維構造を形成し;次に、 ・該繊維構造を圧縮し、20%以上の繊維体積分率を有するプレフォームを得 ;および、 ・ プレフォームの繊維を結合させることができる結合剤を含有する液体組 成物をプレフォームに含浸した後に、団結によって、該プレフォームをそれ の圧縮状態に維持する; ことを特徴とする方法。 2.7%〜15%の繊維体積分率を有するフェルト層を重ね、ニードリング することによって、立体繊維構造を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の 方法。 3.10mm〜100mmの平均長さを有する繊維によって構成されるフェルト の層を重ね、ニードリングすることによって、立体繊維構造を形成することを特 徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。 4.フェルトの層を重ねるときに、フェルトの層をニードリングすることを 特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 5.フェルトの各層をニードリングし、ならびに、ニードルストローク数/ 単位面積、および形成中の繊維構造内へのニードルの針入度を、繊維構造の厚み の中に所定密度のニードリングが得られるように制御することを特徴とする請求 項4に記載の方法。 6.ニードルストローク数/単位面積、およびニードルの針入度が、繊維構 造の厚み全体を通じて一定のニードリング密度が得られ、それによって、それに 疑似等方性が付与されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。 7.圧縮前に、繊維構造に液体組成物を含浸させることを特徴とする請求項 1 〜6のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 8.圧縮後に、繊維構造に液体組成物を含浸させることを特徴とする請求項 1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 9.プレフォームがその中で圧縮される用具内に、結合剤を含有する液体組 成物を流入することによって、プレフォームを圧縮状態に維持することを特徴と する請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 10.プレフォームを圧縮状態に維持することが、樹脂含有液体組成物をプ レフォームに含浸させることを含む請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 11.非ゼロコークス含有量を有する樹脂が使用され、および、化学的蒸気 浸透によるプレフォームの緻密化の前にプレフォームになされる熱処理によって 、該樹脂が炭化されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。 12.炭素−炭素複合材料から環状部品を製造するための、請求項1〜11 のいずれか1つに記載の方法であって、この方法が、フェルトのストリップを巻 き付けて、環状立体繊維構造をニードリングによって結合される重ねられた層に 形成することを特徴とする方法。 13.変形可能なフェルトストリップが、平坦な巻きにおいて、螺旋状に巻 き付けられることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。 14.環状構造の内周を構成するように設計される、フェルトのストリップ の側面の1つに、V字形ノッチが与えられるフェルトのストリップが使用される ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。 15.フェルトのストリップを巻き付けて、円筒形マンドレル上の重ねられ た層にすることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。 16.フェルトのストリップを巻き付けて、円筒形マンドレル上の重ねられ た層にすることによって、環状スリーブが形成され、および、該層がニードリン グによって互いに結合され、ならびに、該スリーブがそれの軸に垂直な平面でス ライスされて、環状立体構造を得ることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。 17.環状部品を製造するための、請求項1〜11のいずれか1つに記載の 方法であって、該方法が、フェルトの平坦なプライを段積みし、および該プライ をニー ドリングによって互いに結合させることによって、環状立体繊維構造が形成され ることを特徴とするとする方法。 18.フルプライが使用され、および、該プライが段積みされニードリング された後に、打ち抜くことによって環状構造が得られることを特徴とする請求項 17に記載の方法。 19.前もって打ち抜かれた環状プライが使用されることを特徴とする請求 項17に記載の方法。 20.プライの打ち抜き屑からの繊維が、フェルトを形成するために使用さ れることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。 21.炭素先駆物質繊維から作られるフェルトが使用され、および、該炭素 先駆物質が、ニードリングされたプレフォームに適用される熱処理によって変換 されることを特徴とする請求項1から20のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 22.予備酸化ポリアクリロニトリル、またはフェノール、またはセルロー ス、または等方性ピッチ、または異方性ピッチを基剤とする、炭素または炭素先 駆物質繊維から作られる少なくとも1種類のフェルトが使用されることを特徴と する請求項1〜21のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 23.種々の先駆物質からの炭素繊維、または種々の炭素先駆物質繊維から 作られる少なくとも1種類のフェルトが使用されることを特徴とする請求項22 に記載の方法。 24.種々の種類の繊維が、繊維構造の種々の部分に関して使用されること を特徴とする請求項1〜23のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 25.コアー、およびコアーの1つの面の上の少なくとも1つの摩擦部分を 有するブレーキディスクを製造するための、請求項24に記載の方法であって、 該方法が、ディスクのコアーに対応する構造の部分に関しては、予備酸化ポリア クリロニトリルまたは異方性ピッチを基剤とする炭素または炭素先駆物質繊維か ら作られるフェルトが使用され、およびディスクの摩擦部分に対応する構造の1 つまたは各部分に関しては、フェノール、またはセルロース、または等方性ピッ チを基剤とする炭素または炭素先駆物質繊維の少なくともいくつかを含んで成る フェルトが使用 されることを特徴とする方法。
