Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.壁部又は壁部の一部の運動を減衰させる方法であって、前記壁部に加えられ た運動が測定され、前記加えられた運動と反対方向であり、実質的に同じ大きさ の反力(F2)が生成される方法において、 前記反力は、実質的に壁表面と平行であり、空気を透過させない質量板(3) により生成され、 前記反力は、前記質量板を運動させるために前記壁部の運動についてなされた 測定より得られた信号を用いて、前記壁表面と前記質量板との間の電界の強度を 制御することにより生成される ことを特徴とする方法。 2.請求項1に記載の方法において、 前記質量板は多孔質であり、音が前記多孔質の質量板によって吸収される ことを特徴とする方法。 3.請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法において、 前記壁部の運動が加速度センサ(6)によって測定され、 前記測定された信号が、前記壁表面と前記質量板との間の電界の強度を制御す るために、増幅され供給される ことを特徴とする方法。 4.請求項3に記載の方法において、 前記質量板の一部は、加速度センサ(6)として用いられている ことを特徴とする方法。 5.請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法において、 前記壁部は、少なくとも2つの固定子板(1,2,2a,2b)を含み、 前記2つの固定子板の間には、運動を減衰させる質量板がある ことを特徴とする方法。 6.壁部又は壁部の一部の運動を減衰させる装置であって、前記壁部に加えられ た運動を測定し、前記加えられた運動と反対方向であり、実質的に同じ大きさの 反力を生成する装置において、 前記反力(F2)を生成する手段は、実質的に壁表面と平行であり、空気を透 過させない質量板(3)から構成されることを特徴とすると共に、 前記壁部の運動の測定から得られた信号を用いて、前記壁表面と前記質量板と の間の電界の強度を制御する手段を含むことを特徴とする装置。 7.請求項6に記載の装置において、 前記質量板は、多孔質材料からなる ことを特徴とする装置。 8.請求項6又は請求項7に記載の装置において、 前記壁部の加速度を測定する加速度センサ(6)を含む ことを特徴とする装置。 9.請求項8に記載の装置において、 前記質量板の一部は、前記加速度センサを構成する ことを特徴とする装置。 10.請求項6から請求項9までのいずれか1項に記載の装置において、 質量板(3)は、緩やかな波状となるように折り曲げられている ことを特徴とする装置。
