Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 肢の表面に配置されて気体により膨張されたとき前記カフスの内側の肢を 加圧するように適合された膨張可能の器具と、配管と、制御された圧力の気体を 前記配管に供給する圧力制御手段とを含み、前記配管は気体通路を前記膨張可能 の器具と前記圧力制御手段との間に形成し、前記圧力制御手段は、 前記配管の感知位置に気体パルスを発生させるパルス発生手段であって所定の 時間間隔の間前記感知位置において気体の圧力に変化を与えるパルス発生手段と 、 前記感知位置で気体の圧力変化を感知して、所定時間間隔を経過後に感知した 気体の圧力変化が基準レベルを超えたとき配管閉塞信号を発生する開放監視手段 とを含む、気体式医療装置。 2. 前記医療装置は外科的処置位置で前記肢の外科的処置を容易に実行する絞 圧器システムであり、気体器具は前記外科的処置位置に近い肢の部分を囲むため の膨張可能のカフスであり、前記圧力制御手段は、前記カフスが動脈血流を停止 させるに必要な最小圧力より高い圧力を外科的処置のために適宜に長い時間間隔 の間前記カフスを通して前記肢に与えるように、気体圧力を制御する、請求項1 に記載の装置。 3. 前記医療装置は静脈血栓症の予防に用いる肢加圧システムであり、気体器 具は所望の肢位置の近くの前記肢に配置される膨張可能のチャンバを含み、 前記圧力制御手段は、前記膨張可能チャンバが該チャンバから近い静脈血流を 増加させるに充分な圧力を供給するように、気体圧力を制御する、請求項1に記 載の装置。 4. 前記基準レベルは所定の時間間隔の間感知した気体圧力の最大変化の予め 定められた関数である、請求項1に記載の装置。 5. 前記配管開放監視手段は、さらに、気体圧力の最大変化と前記配管閉塞信 号の開始との間の経過時間を表す経過時間信号を発生する、請求項1に記載の装 置。 6. 前記配管開放監視手段は、さらに、前記経過時間信号により表される経過 時間に対応する前記配管の閉塞位置を推定する、請求項5に記載の装置。 7. 前記配管は前記気体通路の確立及び中断をすべく前記膨張可能器具に対す る前記配管の着脱を選択的に行うことを許す取り外し可能の器具接続手段を含み 、 前記配管開放監視手段は、さらに、所定時間間隔を経過後に感知した気体の圧 力変化の大きさ及び極性が予め定められた大きさ及び極性を有する基準レベルを 越えているとき、器具切り離し信号を発生するように適合されている、請求項5 に記載の装置。 8. 前記器具は膨張可能のチャンバと器具配管とを含み、前記器具配管は器具 接続手段と前記膨張可能チャンバとの間に気体通路を確立する所定の長さを有し 、 前記配管開放監視手段はさらに前記器具配管の長さを表すように適合されてい る、請求項5に記載の装置。 9. 前記配管は、気体通路の確立及び中断をするべく前記圧力制御手段への前 記配管の着脱を選択的に行うことを許す取り外し可能の圧力制御接続手段を含み 、 配管開放監視手段は、さらに、所定時間間隔を経過後に感知した気体の圧力変 化の大きさ及び極性が予め定められた大きさ及び極性を有する基準レベルを超え ているとき、圧力制御切り離し信号を発生するように適合されている、請求項5 に記載の装置。 10. 前記パルス発生手段は予め定められた時間間隔より小さくない時間間隔 で複数の気体パルスを発生する、請求項1に記載の装置。 11. 肢の位置の外科的処置を容易にする絞圧器システムであって、 前記肢を囲むためのカフスであって気体により膨張されたとき前記カフスの下 の肢を加圧するように適合された膨張可能器具と、 前記膨張可能カフスと圧力制御手段との間に気体通路を確立する配管と、 動脈血流を停止させるに必要な最小値より高い圧力を前記カフスを通して前記 肢に与えるように制御された圧力の気体を前記配管に供給する圧力制御手段とを 含み、 前記圧力制御手段は、 前記配管の感知位置に気体パルスを発生するパルス発生手段であって所定の時 間間隔の間前記感知位置において気体の圧力に変化を与えるパルス発生手段と、 前記感知位置の気体の圧力変化を感知して、所定時間間隔を経過後に感知した 気体の圧力変化が基準レベルを超えたとき配管閉塞信号を発生する開放監視装置 とを含む、絞圧器システム。 12. 前記配管閉塞監視手段は、さらに、気体圧力の最大変化と前記配管閉塞 信号の開始との間の経過時間を表す経過時間信号を発生して、前記経過時間信号 により表される経過時間に対応する前記配管の閉塞位置を推定する、請求項11 に記載の絞圧器医療装置。 13. 前記配管は前記気体通路の確立及び中断をすべく前記膨張可能器具に対 する前記配管の着脱を選択的に行うことを許す取り外し可能のカフス取付手段を 含み、 前記配管開放監視手段は、さらに、所定時間間隔を経過後に感知した気体の圧 力変化の大きさ及び極性が予め定められた大きさ及び極性を有する基準レベルを 越えているとき、カフス切り離し信号を発生するように適合されている、請求項 11に記載の装置。 14. 前記カフスは膨張可能のチャンバと器具配管とを含み、前記器具配管は 器具接続手段と前記膨張可能チャンバとの間の気体通路を確立する所定の長さを 有し、 前記配管開放監視手段はさらに前記器具配管の長さを表すように適合されてい る、請求項11に記載の装置。 15. 前記パルス発生手段は予め定められた時間間隔より短くない時間間隔で 複数の気体阿パルスを発生する、請求項11に記載の装置。 16. 気体式医療機器の配管の閉塞を監視する方法であって、 気体により膨張されたとき肢に圧力を提供する膨張可能の器具を肢の表面に装 着し、 制御可能の圧力を有する気体源と前記膨張可能の器具との間に気体通路を確立 し、 前記配管に供給された気体の圧力を制御し、 前記配管の感知位置に気体パルスを発生して所定の時間間隔の間前記感知位置 において気体の圧力に変化を与え、 前記感知位置の気体の圧力変化を感知して、所定時間間隔を経過後に感知した 気体の圧力変化が基準レベルを超えたとき配管閉塞信号を発生することを含む、 気体式医療機器の配管閉塞監視方法。 17. 前記空気パルスを発生する工程を予め定められた時間間隔より小さくな い時間間隔で繰り返す、請求項16に記載の方法。
