(57)【要約】 【課題】 従来のグランドゴルフ用クラブヘッドの補強
のため使用されている硬質物質材では打球時に石等が当
たると凹み、傷等を発生した。また不正確な打法による
打球時の衝撃で手が痺れることがあった。 【解決手段】 弾性体物質材を貼設し硬質物質材と弾性
体物質材の間にグラスファイバーを接着間設した。

【発明の属する技術分野】本発明はグランドゴルフ用ク
ラブヘッドに関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来、グランドゴルフ用のクラブヘッド
では、打球時に於けるクラブヘッド木部の損傷防止及び
打球の飛距離を伸ばすため、合成樹脂、カーボン繊維、
金属等硬質物質材を補強用にクラブヘッド木部に貼設し
ていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】従来のクラブヘッドに
おいて、打球時におけるクラブヘッド木部の損傷防止の
ため、硬質物質材を補強材として貼設してあるものの、
芝生以外の場所即ち小石等の存在する地面での打球時に
あっては、石等が硬質物質材に当たり長期間の使用によ
り、凹み、傷等が発生し正確な球の飛行に影響を及ぼす
欠点があり、又打球時において球にクラブヘッドの当た
る角度、位置によっては強烈な衝撃がクラブシャフトに
伝わり、手が痺れることがあった。

【課題を解決するための手段】クラブヘッド木部に貼設
された硬質物質材に重ねて弾性体物質材を貼設させ、さ
らにクラブヘッド木部及び硬質物質材の亀裂防止のた
め、硬質物質材と弾性体物質材の間にグラスファイバー
を間設する。

【実施例】図１に示すが如くクラブヘッド木部３に硬質
物質材４を貼設する。硬質物質材４には従来使用されて
いる高価な材質のものの代替として安価なフェノール積
層材の使用も可能である。硬質物質材４に弾性体物質材
５を接着貼設する。弾性体物質材５には天然ゴムまたは
合成ゴムを使用する。
【０００６】図２、図３に示すが如くクラブヘッド木部
３及び硬質物質材４の亀裂防止のため硬質物質材４と弾
性体物質材５の間にグラスファイバー６を接着間設す
る。
【発明の効果】クラブヘッドで石等の硬質物を叩いても
弾性体物質材５の弾性によりヘッドの打球面に凹み、傷
等を生ずることが無くなり正確なショットが可能となり
長期使用にも耐えられるようになった。またグラスファ
イバー６を間設することによりクラブヘッド木部３及び
硬質物質材４の亀裂防止が図られクラブヘッド２の強度
が増大された。他の効果として弾性体物質材５の表面に
打球時の痕跡が汚れとし残るので、打球場所の確認が可
能となり打球技術向上の適切な資料となる。尚この汚れ
は拭き取れば消滅する。かさねて不正確な打法により生
ずるクラブシャフトから手に伝わる衝撃も弾性体物質材
５が衝撃を吸収するため手が痺れることが無くなった。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 クラブヘッド木部の両側面に貼設されて
    いる硬質物質材に弾性体物質材を貼設したグランドゴル
    フ用クラブヘッド。
  2. 【請求項２】 クラブヘッド木部の両側面に貼設されて
    いる硬質物質材にグラスファイバーを接着した上に弾性
    体物質材を貼設したグランドゴルフ用クラブヘッド。
  3. 【請求項３】 弾性体物質材が天然ゴムである請求項１
    及び請求項２記載のグランドゴルフ用クラブヘッド。
  4. 【請求項４】 弾性体物質材が合成ゴムである請求項１
    及び請求項２記載のグランドゴルフ用クラブヘッド。
