However, there are many supporters who attach importance to heat retention and those which are too strong. And when we used it on site, we felt somewhat unsatisfied.

In addition, there is no problem if the rigid supporter for holding and holding is used only during sports only, but may cause impaired blood circulation when used for a long time. For that reason, we have devised a supporter that can easily fix and hold at the same time as keeping warm. Supporters in this category,
Suitable for wrist, elbow and knee joints. As for the waist, a supporter having a stronger fixing force than the conventional one can be created by combining two rubber belts at an appropriate angle. With regard to the lower leg, a supporter capable of local tightening can be created by applying the procedure of taping.

In the case of a wrist joint, sew a rubber belt 2.5 cm wide and 1-2 mm thick to cover the wrist joint in a stretched state, just in line with the part of the cloth supporter that touches the wrist joint. Attach or attach with eyelets (Fig. 1). In the case of the elbow joint, pain often occurs at the joints of the medial and lateral condyles, but it is preferable to attach the elastic belt to the cloth supporter so that the position of the rubber belt is located at the slightly removed peripheral part (FIG. 2). Again,
Covering the forearm with about two-thirds of the stretched rubber does not cause a blood circulation disorder, and a moderate fixing effect can be obtained. A slightly thick rubber having a width of about 5 cm and a thickness of about 2 mm is suitable. In the case of a knee joint, pain frequently occurs around the patella, but the rubber is effectively fixed at the lower end of the patella (FIG. 3). Also in this case, it is preferable that the stretched rubber cover the front surface of the lower part of the knee for about two thirds, and it is better not to tighten the back side of the knee. The width of the rubber is about 5 cm,
A slightly thicker thickness of about 2 mm is suitable. For attaching and detaching the rubber, one end is sewn, and the other end uses a magic tape. Example 2 Lower leg and thigh supporter This can be used instead of taping immediately after the lower leg or thigh is separated (crushed). Based on a durable cloth or leather such as canvas, a rubber belt with a width of 3 to 5 centimeters is stacked on a half-by-two basis, and attached like a tiled taping (FIG. 4). One end of the rubber belt is fixed by sewing or the like, and the other end is detachable with magic tape or the like. It is appropriate that the width of the rubber belt is 5 to 7.5 cm and the thickness is about 1 to 2 mm. There is an advantage that the injured part can be tightened by locally adjusting the strength. Example 3 Lumbar Supporters Many rubber belts having a width of about 10 cm are commercially available as pelvis or sacroiliac adjustment belts. These were somewhat inadequate during back pain. Therefore, two rubber belts or commercially available rubber belts for adjusting the sacroiliac joint were fixed in an X shape so that the pelvis and the abdomen above the iliac bone could be held firmly. An angle of the X-shaped intersection of about 30 degrees is appropriate for the structure of the waist. Make the part that crosses in the shape of X the back,
Desorb in front. When the waist side part cuts the upper belt into a downward arc and the lower belt into an upward arc,
Easy to fit on the body (Fig. 5). The rubber belt can use the same material as a commercially available pelvic belt. Use Velcro for attachment and detachment.
