Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow guard structure capable of simply attaching a snow guard to a newly constructed exterior member (roof, wall) and an existing exterior member (roof, wall). SOLUTION: This snow guard structure consists of a fixing and locking member E formed by a fixed face 24 like a horizontal face, a rising part 27 protruding a tip of the fixed face 24 upward, and a locking face 28 protruding a tip of the rising part 27 outward and sideways and a locking and covering member F formed by a cover decorative face 30 like a horizontal face, a lower face 32 protruding both end fringes of the cover decorative face 30 inward and sideways, and a locking groove 33 formed by the lower face 32 and the cover decorative face 30. The fixed face 24 of the fixing and locking member E is inserted into a clearance in a joint part of the exterior member B on one side, and the fixed face 24 of the fixing and locking member E is inserted into a clearance in a joint part of the exterior member B on the other side to fix two fixing and locking members E at the same position by opposing them. The locking groove 33 of the locking and covering member F is inserted into a locking face 28 of the fixing and locking member E, and a cover decorative face 30 part in a lower end part of the locking and covering member F is bent downward to constitute the snow guard structure.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to eliminate such disadvantages, the present invention provides a fixing surface in a horizontal plane, a rising portion having a tip of the fixing surface projecting upward, and a tip of the rising portion projecting outward. And a locking member formed from a fixed locking surface, a horizontal decorative surface of the cover, a lower surface protruding inward at both ends of the decorative cover surface, and a locking formed from the lower surface and the decorative cover surface. And a fixing and locking member formed of a groove, and a fixing surface of the fixing and locking member is inserted into a joint gap of one exterior material, and a fixing and locking member of the fixing and locking member is inserted into the joint space of the other exterior material. Insert the fixing surface and fix the two fixing and locking members so that they face each other, and insert the locking groove of the locking and cover member into the locking surface of the fixing and locking member. , Formed by bending the cover decorative surface portion at the lower end of the locking and cover member downward. It is intended to provide a structure.

An example of the backing material D is a nonwoven fabric, which is a cloth in which various fibers are bonded with an adhesive or the like, unlike the conventional method in which the warp and the weft cross each other to convert the fibers into a woven fabric. This cloth first has fibers crossed in parallel, or a thin, randomly arranged felt is bonded with an adhesive,
Alternatively, it is made by mixing another thermoplastic fiber in the main fiber state, melting it by heating and pressing, and bonding it together. Generally, it is used as a plastic reinforcing material, leather cloth, felt or the like.

The bonding method is performed through an adhesive, heat fusion, or the like. Examples of the adhesive include a natural curing adhesive, a room temperature curing adhesive, a thermosetting adhesive, and an ultraviolet curing adhesive. The adhesive is formed on the entire contact surface between the backing material D and the metal exterior material C, or in a linear (plural) or planar (plural) horizontal, vertical, oblique, or the like. Of course, when the entire surface is formed with an adhesive, the solid sound generated when the metal exterior material C collides with itself (the sound propagating in the air is called air sound) is generated by the entire surface adhesion. It is attenuated by the synergistic effect of the backing material D, and has an effect of preventing intrusion of noise into the house.

Further, the backing material D may be impregnated, contained, mixed, laminated (one or more layers), sandwiched, etc. with the sound insulating material, so that the backing material D itself can be provided with sound insulation. Since the transmission loss representing sound insulation is substantially proportional to the weight per unit area of a wall made of a uniform material, the larger the mass per unit area, the better the sound insulation performance. . For this reason, a material having a large specific gravity is used as the sound insulating material formed on the backing material D.

Here, the method for constructing the snow stop structure according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 9 (a), 9 (b), 10 (a) to 10 (e), and FIGS.
This will be described with reference to FIGS. First, FIG.
FIG. 9 shows the joint gap formed as shown in FIG.
(A), the fixing surface 24 as shown in FIGS.
Then, the fixing and locking member E is slid and moved as shown by the dotted arrow in FIG.
Secure as shown. Next, a locking groove 33 is inserted into the locking surface 28 as shown by the dotted arrows in FIGS.
The fixing and covering member 31 of the cover decorative surface 30 is bent as shown by a dotted arrow to fix the fixing and locking member E with the locking and cover member F. When the decorative surface 30 of the cover is smaller than the working width of the exterior material B, it is fixed as described above.
