However, in the floor heating panel 51 shown in FIG. 4, since the piping 54 is provided in contact with the upper plate 55, the temperature of the upper part of the piping 54 of the upper plate 55 becomes high, and the adjacent piping is heated. There was a problem that the temperature was relatively low between 54 and 54, causing temperature unevenness as a whole.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a heat-insulating core material having a plate-shaped heat-insulating core, in which a lower groove is provided on a lower surface, and a pipe through which a heat medium flows is provided in the groove. A metal upper plate and a lower plate are provided on the upper and lower surfaces of the heat insulating core material, respectively, and a heat transfer plate is provided on the pipe so as to cover the side and upper surfaces thereof and to be fixed to the lower plate. It is.

According to the above configuration, since there is no groove in the upper surface of the heat insulating core material, the thickness of the upper surface plate can be reduced while maintaining strength, and the weight of the entire floor heating panel can be reduced. Further, since the pipe is provided in contact with the lower plate, the heat of the heat medium spreads laterally along the lower plate. However, since the core is a heat insulating material, conduction of heat to the upper surface is worse,
To that extent, heat is confined, and the temperature distribution near the lower surface material becomes uniform. After that, since the thickness of the core material is relatively thin, it is gradually transmitted to the upper plate. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of temperature unevenness on the floor surface.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, the heat insulating core is provided with an open groove extending from the upper surface to the lower surface of the plate-like heat insulating core material, and a pipe through which a heat medium flows under the open groove. A lower plate made of metal is provided on the lower surface of the core material, a spacer for closing the upper portion of the open groove is provided above the pipe, and a metal upper plate is provided on the upper surface of the heat insulating core material.

Further, since the pipe 4 is provided in contact with the lower plate 6, the heat of the heat medium spreads in the horizontal direction along the lower plate 6, and then is gradually conducted to the upper plate 5.
