Claims (18)
- 換気支援を患者へ送出する手段と、
患者の呼吸気流を決定する手段と、
上記呼吸気流から換気量の測定値を算出する手段と、そして、
上記換気量の測定値を少なくとも目標換気量に等しく維持するように、上記換気支援を制御する手段とを備えた人工呼吸器であって、
学習モードと処置モードとの間で切り替えが可能であり、上記学習モードから学習期間に基づく目標換気量を自動的に算出し、且つ上記処置モードにおいて、該学習モードから算出された該目標換気量を用いて換気支援を送出する、人工呼吸器。 - 処置モードまたは学習モードにおいて上記人工呼吸器が作動するのを防止する不作動モードへ切り替えが可能である、請求項1記載の人工呼吸器。
- 動力源が循環して入り切りされると、上記人工呼吸器は、その入り切りの前にその人工呼吸器が学習モードになかった場合に限り、その作動モードにとどまり、学習モードにあった場合には、不作動モードに切り替わる、請求項2記載の人工呼吸器。
- 上記人工呼吸器は、上記学習モードから算出された人工呼吸器の設定値を修正するための或いは受け入れるための外部入力を、上記処置モードに先行して許容する、請求項1記載の人工呼吸器。
- 上記人工呼吸器は、上記学習モードの終結を知らせる、請求項4記載の人工呼吸器。
- 上記換気量の測定値は、上記学習期間の後側部分にわたって取られた平均分時換気量であり、且つ上記学習モードから算出された上記目標換気量は、該平均分時換気量の固定比率である、請求項1記載の人工呼吸器。
- 上記処置モードにおいて、目標呼吸数は、上記学習モードの上記学習期間中に測定された呼吸数から設定される、請求項1記載の人工呼吸器。
- マスクと、
加圧空気を上記マスクへ供給する送風機と、
上記送風機に連結されたサーボ制御器と、
上記マスクへ供給された空気を表す流れ信号を発生する変換器と、そして、
上記変換器と上記サーボ制御器とに連結されて命令を実行するプロセッサーとを備え、
上記命令は、切り替え可能な学習モードと処置モードとを実行し、これらのモードにおいて上記プロセッサーは、
学習モードにおける学習期間中に上記流れ信号から換気量の測定値を算出し、そして、
処置モードでの使用のため、上記測定された換気量の関数として目標換気量を算出し、
上記マスクへの上記加圧空気の送出を制御するように、処置モード中の圧力要求を算出し、換気支援の度合いは、患者の換気を、上記学習モードから決定された目標換気量に少なくとも等しく維持する、人工呼吸の設定値を決めるための装置。 - 上記測定された換気量は平均分時換気量であり、且つ上記目標換気量は目標分時換気量である、請求項8記載の装置。
- 上記関数は、約90%の固定比率である、請求項9記載の装置。
- 上記換気量の測定値は一回換気量の換気量であり、且つ上記目標換気量は一回換気量である、請求項8記載の装置。
- 上記命令は、上記プロセッサーに、上記学習期間中の換気支援を固定された最小の度合いに送出するよう制御させる、請求項8記載の装置。
- 上記プロセッサーに連結された酸素濃度計をさらに備えており、上記命令は、上記プロセッサーに、該酸素濃度計を用いて上記学習期間中に血液酸素飽和度をさらに測定させ、上記関数が上記血液酸素飽和度の測定値と上記換気量の測定値との間の関係である、請求項8記載の装置。
- 上記命令は、上記プロセッサーに、予測される目標換気量を決定するためにさらに患者評価情報を処理させ、且つ上記関数は、該予測される目標換気量と、 上記換気量の測定値から導き出される第2の目標換気量との加重平均である、請求項8記載の装置。
- 上記命令は、上記プロセッサーに、該装置が処置モードまたは学習モードで作動するのを防止するように、さらに不作動モードを実施させる、請求項8記載の装置。
- 上記プロセッサーに連結された入力デバイスをさらに備えており、該装置を上記処置モードと、上記学習モードおよび上記不作動モードとの間で切り替えるための信号を受ける、請求項15記載の装置。
- 上記命令は、学習モードで動力源が切られた後に入れられると、上記プロセッサーに、上記不作動モードをさらに実行させる、請求項16記載の装置。
- 上記命令は、上記目標換気量または上記学習モードに基づいて算出された他の設定値を、上記処置モード中に該目標換気量または他の設定値を用いる前に、変更または許諾するために、上記プロセッサーに外部入力をさらに許容させる、請求項8記載の装置。
