It is used for catheter introduction procedures in TCA). Therefore, the sheath, which is a component of the sheath dilator, needs lubricity because it is introduced into a blood vessel for use. For this reason, a low friction polymer such as a fluororesin is currently used, but the slipperiness is still insufficient. In addition, when the sheath is placed in the blood vessel, the blood vessel contracts (spasm), and the sheath and the blood vessel come into close contact with each other, making it difficult to remove the sheath. In order to release the spasm, it is common to inject a drug from the side arm tube, but since the drug flows into the blood vessel from the distal end of the sheath, in order to give an effect to the blood vessel that is producing spasm,
The drug had to be administered in large quantities. In addition, even if the drug is administered and removed, the blood vessels come into strong contact with the sheath, so even if the sheath is made of a low-abrasion fluororesin, it may damage the inner wall of the blood vessel and cause occlusion of the blood vessel after surgery. Have been. In particular, there has been a problem in that spasms are likely to occur, for example, when PTCA is performed for a long time or transradial coronary angioplasty (TRI), which is PTCA performed from a wrist with a thin blood vessel, is performed. The present inventors have proposed a lubricating sheath in which at least the outer periphery of a sheath tube is coated with a coating substrate having lubricity in Japanese Patent Application No. 11-37235.
There is an advantage that the sheath tube can be easily inserted and removed by coating the sheath tube with a coating material having lubricity. However, in this state, the sheath tube is too slippery when it is inserted and the sheath tube is fixed. Problems have been pointed out, such as troublesome work and the sheath tube accidentally falling out. The inventors of the present invention have conducted intensive studies in order to solve the above-described problems, and as a result, have reached the following invention.
