In the mist collecting section 14 according to the present invention, the interval between the tip 17a of the lower inclined portion of the front water flow plate 17, the auxiliary dispersion plate 22, the upper dispersion plate 20, and the drain plate 23 is relatively large, and the meandering air flow The wind speed can be reduced and noise can be reduced while maintaining the paint mist collection efficiency because water can be sprayed and made into fine water droplets even if the wind speed is not high like the venturi part airflow of the conventional venturi type painting booth. This is a structure that greatly contributes. Also, there is no need to use a high-lift turbo exhaust fan to pass water and paint mist with suction air through the venturi at high speed as in a conventional venturi-type painting booth. It is possible to reduce the vibration noise and wind noise of the exhaust fan.

Further, the processing tower 15 immediately below the exhaust fan 9 does not emit low-frequency vibrations generated by the rotation of the exhaust fan 9 and the flow of the clean air 11d to the booth front opening 10 which is the work position of the coating operator. , The front wall 15 of the processing tower 15
A space 28 is provided between b and the front water flow plate 17. As a result, the low-frequency vibration generated in the treatment tower 15 can be attenuated in the space 28, so that the low-frequency vibration is hardly transmitted from the front water flow plate 17 to the booth front opening 10 side. When the front wall 101 of the processing tower 100 directly faces the booth front opening 102 as in the conventional Venturi type painting booth shown in FIG. 8, the rotation of the exhaust fan 104 from the processing tower 100 immediately below the exhaust fan 104 is performed. And the low frequency vibration generated by the air flow of the processing tower 100 is directly transmitted to the coating operator. For this reason, also in the present invention, when the front water flow plate 17 and the front wall 15b of the treatment tower 15 are also used, low-frequency vibration is emitted to the booth front opening 10 side, which is the work position of the coating operator. However, the effect of noise reduction is reduced.

FIG. 1 is based on the booth structure shown in FIG. 2, in which a water baffle plate 50 is additionally provided in front of a front water plate 55. FIG. 5 is a detailed sectional view and FIG. The configuration will be described with reference to FIG. Note that the same parts as those in FIG. The water baffle plate 50 has an effect of reducing transmission of the sound mainly generated in the mist collecting section 14 to the operator side. In addition, since the air is sucked in from the suction port 11g provided at the lower part of the painting booth as the airflow 11a, the wind speed at the booth front opening 10 tends to be uneven in the case of FIG. The wind speed is slow near the ceiling above the, and paint mist tends to be trapped. However, when the water flow baffle plate 50 is provided as shown in FIG. 1, the air flow 11a is dispersed by the water flow baffle plate 50, and it is possible to reduce wind speed unevenness at the booth front opening 10. Further, a part of the paint mist 13 from the spray gun 12 collides with the water film 53b of the water baffle plate 50 and is taken in.

FIG. 5 (B) is a view showing a horizontal section of the water baffle plate 50. The left and right ends of the long plate are bent in the same direction at an angle, and a plurality of the baffle plates are vertically elongated to the hook 50a. When the upper supply water 51a from the pump 3 and the pipe 8 flows into the gutter 51 while being suspended and further spaced apart in the horizontal direction and in front of the front water flow plate 55, it overflows like a film from the gutter 51 to the front. The water film 53 flows down in the form of a water film on the surface of the upper water flow plate 52, and further at the contact point 52a between the upper water flow plate 52 and the water flow baffle plate 50, the water flow baffle plate 50 Move to. Then, the water film 53b flows down the surface of the water flow baffle plate 50, and flows into the water tank 1 as the drain water 26 from the lower water flow plate 24 and the drain groove 1a while taking in the colliding paint mist 13.

On the other hand, the water film 54 overflowing from the gutter 51 to the back side is transferred to the upper part 55a of the front water flow plate 55 in the form of a water film, and the water film 54a flows down from the curved upper part 55b to the front water flow plate 55, and While taking in the paint mist 13 colliding with 54b, the paint mist 13 flows from the lower water flow plate 24 and the drain 1a to the water tank 1 as drain 26. In the process, the water film 53c that has not transferred from the surface of the upper water flow plate 52 to the water flow baffle plate 50 as described above transfers to the front water flow plate 55. As a result, it is possible to reduce the rate at which the sound generated by the mist collecting unit 14 and the sound from the exhaust fan 9 passing through the mist collecting unit 14 directly affect the coating operator. Since the water 54 overflowing from the gutter 51 to the back side moves from the position overhanging to the curved upper portion 55b to the upper portion 55a, the gutter 51 and the upper 5
Even if the gap between the gutter 5a and the droplets drops and falls from the gutter 51 and falls from the gutter 51, the gutter 51 falls on the curved upper portion 55b. The present invention is constructed as described above and has the following effects, so that the noise of the paint booth can be reduced while the efficiency of collecting paint mist is maintained. (1) The mist collecting part has a relatively large gap between the front end of the inclined part of the front water flow plate, the auxiliary dispersion plate, and the upper dispersion plate. Since the dropletization is easily performed, even if the wind speed of the meandering air flow is not as high as the air flow of the venturi part of the conventional Venturi type painting booth, water can be sprayed and fine water droplets can be formed. Noise can be reduced while maintaining mist collection efficiency. (2) Further, since water is supplied to the auxiliary dispersion plate and the upper dispersion plate in a water film form, uniform droplets are formed at the tips of the auxiliary dispersion plate and the upper dispersion plate, and the paint mist is trapped. Good collection efficiency can be maintained. (3) Unlike a conventional venturi-type painting booth, it is not necessary to use a high-lift turbo-type exhaust fan to allow water and paint mist to pass at high speed together with suction air through the venturi section. It can be used, reducing the vibration noise and wind noise of the exhaust fan. (4) Since the water flow baffle plate is provided in front of the front water flow plate, the sound generated in the mist collecting section can be shielded, and transmission to the operator can be reduced. (5) Since the water flow baffle plate is provided in front of the front water flow plate, it is possible to reduce wind speed unevenness at the booth front opening. (6) Since a space is provided between the front wall of the treatment tower and the front water flow plate, low-frequency vibrations generated in the treatment tower can be attenuated in the space, and the low-frequency vibration generated from the front water flow plate to the booth front opening side can be reduced. Since the frequency vibration is hardly transmitted, the effect of noise reduction can be achieved.
