Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound-absorbing and sound-insulating structure for improving working environments for a coating worker and reducing the level of noise emitted from an exhaust duct to the outside by absorbing and insulating the noise originating especially from an exhaust fan in a coating booth, with regard to the various kinds of the coating booths. SOLUTION: A sound-absorbing material for absorbing/insulating the noise of the exhaust fan is applied in a treating column where a coating mist originating from the coating booth is treated. That is, the sound-absorbing material is applied to the inner wall face of the treating column of the coating booth, or a cylinder with the sound-absorbing material applied to its inner face is arranged in a fan aperture as a suction aperture of the exhaust fan. Further, a sound-insulating board to which the sound-absorbing material is applied, is arranged under the fan aperture.

The dry-type painting booth shown in the schematic diagram of FIG. 9 is an example of an alternative structure among various types. The baffle plate 1 uses a baffle plate 1 to collect relatively coarse mist by utilizing the inertia of the paint mist, and the baffle plate. The fine mist that could not be collected by the filter 1 is collected by the filter 2 disposed behind the baffle plate 1 and the processing tower 9
From the outside with the exhaust fan 3. A large number of coating booths with a width of about 1 to 10 m are manufactured and shipped as standard. The exhaust fan 3 for producing the suction wind speed of the painting booth is mounted and mounted mainly on the main frame 4 of the painting booth, and one or several exhaust fans 3 are attached to the front of the painting booth. . Then, since the painter performs the paint work in front of the booth, the noise from the exhaust fan 3 is reduced by the baffle plate 1.
It is almost directly received through the filter 2, and is working in a work environment where the voice of the neighbor cannot be heard.

[0004] As an alternative structure example of a wet painting booth, there are a shower painting booth with a water flow plate (hereinafter referred to as a shower booth) shown in FIG. 10A and a venturi painting booth (hereinafter referred to as a venturi booth) shown in FIG. To say). In the shower booth of FIG. 10 (A), a water flow plate 5 is provided in front of the booth, and a water tank 6 is pumped up by a pump 7 and flowed to the water flow plate 5, and a paint mist having a high inertia from a spray gun is applied to the water flow plate. The collected and fine paint mist is introduced into the processing tower 9a behind the water flow plate from the suction port 8 opened at the lower part of the water flow plate 5. Then, the introduced paint mist comes into gas-liquid contact by spraying from a shower nozzle 10 provided in the processing tower 9a, and the paint mist is trapped and collected by a liquid such as water. The painter is working in the noise caused by the rotation sound and wind noise of the axial flow type exhaust fan 11 from the suction port 8 and the spray sound of the washing shower 10.

In the venturi booth shown in FIG. 10B, a turbo type exhaust fan 12 having a higher head than the shower type booth is mounted, and the tank water 13 is formed at the lower part of the partition plate 14 by using the suction force of the exhaust fan 12. The water and the paint mist are sucked together with the high-speed airflow from the suction port 15, and a vortex of water is created in the vortex chamber 15 a using the high-speed airflow in the treatment tower 16, and the paint mist is introduced into the vortex and the gas-liquid Collect by contact. Therefore, since the venturi booth uses the exhaust fan 12 with a high head, the painting work in a more intense noise has to be performed as compared with the dry booth of FIG. 9 and the shower booth of FIG. 10A. I have.

[0006] From the above situation, the present applicant has filed Japanese Patent Application 2000
JP-A-21067 and Japanese Patent Application No. 2000-31307 disclose a painting booth technology having a silent structure that reduces noise generated from the painting booth itself by the painting booth and the paint mist collecting device shown in FIG. The mist collecting part 17 has a relatively large gap between the front end of the inclined part at the lower part of the front water flow plate 18 and the internal dispersion plate 17a, and the wind speed of the meandering air flow is as high as that of the spiral chamber of the conventional venturi booth. However, since it is possible to splash water into fine water droplets even if it is not, it greatly contributes to noise reduction while maintaining the collection efficiency of paint mist. In addition, the processing tower 19 immediately below the exhaust fan 19
a, the low-frequency vibration generated by the rotation of the exhaust fan 19 and the air flow is not emitted to the front opening side of the booth, which is the work position of the painter, so that the treatment tower 19a and the front water flow plate 18
A sound attenuating space 18b is provided between them. Furthermore, since the water flow baffle plate 18a is disposed in front of the front water flow plate 18, the rotation noise and wind noise of the exhaust fan 19 and the mist collection unit 1
The sound generated at step 7 can be shielded to reduce transmission to the operator. However, even with such technology,
Since the noise from the exhaust fan 19 could not be sufficiently reduced, how to reduce the noise from the exhaust fan 19 remained as an issue.

FIG. 8 is another structural example showing a sound absorbing / sound insulating structure attached to a baffle plate type dry coating booth. In this case, since the front surface of the processing tower is open, the sound absorbing material 49 is first attached to the back surface, the side surface, and the inner surface of the ceiling of the processing tower. Immediately after the baffle plate 1 and the filter 2, the plurality of sound insulation plates 50 and 51 are tilted from the filter 23 so that the sound insulation plates 50 and 51 are positioned so as not to block the intake of the exhaust fan 27 and that the noise of the exhaust fan 27 is easily absorbed. It is to be attached.
In this example, the sound absorbing material 49 provided on the back and side surfaces is arbitrarily selected, such as being provided only on the upper portion or being provided partially. Also, the sound insulation plates 50 and 51
Is drawn with two examples, but is not limited to two, one or three or more may be attached, and a plurality of sound insulation plates are inclined in a louver shape. They may be arranged vertically.

As the sound absorbing material, a sponge-like sound absorbing material, a fibrous sound absorbing material, or the like can be used. However, the sound absorbing material needs to be a material that does not deteriorate even when it comes in contact with some paint mist or organic solvent vapor. It may be attached to the inner surface of the cylinder or the mounting plate of the sound insulation plate with an adhesive or the like, fixed with a nail, or pressed down with a wire mesh. Also, since the sound absorbing material is attached inside the treatment tower after the paint mist treatment, the paint mist adheres to the surface, albeit very little, so it will adhere to the surface of the sound absorbing material for a long period of time, reducing the sound absorbing effect I do. In order to prevent the reduction of the sound absorbing effect, the surface of the sound absorbing material is covered with a sound absorbing sheet such as a nonwoven fabric, and the performance can be maintained for a long period of time by replacing and replacing the sheet periodically depending on the degree of adhesion of the paint mist.

As described above, in various types of coating booths, a sound absorbing material is provided on the inner wall of the processing tower of the coating booth, or a cylinder or a sound insulating plate provided with the sound absorbing material is disposed to exhaust air. The noise from the fan is absorbed and blocked inside the painting booth, which reduces the noise emitted from the suction port of the painting booth and improves the work environment for painting. In addition, since noise from the exhaust fan is absorbed and shielded inside the painting booth, resonance inside the processing tower is reduced, so that noise emission to the exhaust duct is also reduced. In addition, due to the structure that can be installed corresponding to various types of paint booths such as a dry paint booth and a wet paint booth, an effective sound absorbing and sound insulating effect can be obtained without a significant design change.
