The fixing is performed by a sewing method or by disposing a hot-melt type adhesive layer on the back surface of the mark and ironing it. For example, a method is employed in which the adhesive is melted by, for example, bonding to a fabric.

Recently, however, there has been a request to fix the embroidery mark on a smooth plastic surface such as a baseball helmet. However, this request cannot be met by the fixing method described above. It was fixed using an agent.

The tape has the disadvantage that the tape is exposed and the appearance is impaired, or that the adhesion of the entire mark is not sufficient. In the case of an adhesive, the mark tends to undergo a change in material over time, and the appearance is poor.

Further, an adhesive layer of a film adhesive having both hot-melt adhesiveness and pressure-sensitive adhesiveness supported on a release sheet is provided, an embroidery mark is placed on the adhesive layer, and the embroidery mark is heat-pressed. The above object has been solved by a method for manufacturing an embroidery mark, wherein the adhesive layer is melted linearly along the mark by using a heating tool.

The embroidery mark according to the present invention is provided with an adhesive layer 2 having a pressure-sensitive adhesive property to stick at room temperature and a hot-melt type adhesive property on the back surface of the mark 1 manufactured in the same manner as the conventional one. It is provided with a release sheet 3.

Is provided (FIG. 3A). Next, the mark 1 is placed on the adhesive film 4 and heat-pressed with an iron or the like (FIG. 3).
(B)) The adhesive layer 2 is formed on the back surface of the mark 1. In the case of mass production, a large number of marks 1 are placed at appropriate intervals at one time.

And the portion of the adhesive film 4 along the mark 1 is linearly melted (FIG. 3 (C)). Thus, the portion of the adhesive film 4 where the mark 1 is not placed can be peeled from the end of the linear fusion portion 6 (FIG. 3D). The adhesive film 4 is usually peeled in advance, but if it is left as it is, there is no problem in peeling the mark 1 from the release sheet 3.

In this case, since the adhesive layer 2 has pressure-sensitive adhesiveness, it can be temporarily fixed at the bonding position before the thermocompression bonding, so that the operation is easy. Moreover, when fixing to a smooth surface such as a helmet or a bat, the pressure-sensitive adhesive property of the adhesive layer 2 is used to remove the release sheet 3 and then press it against the fixing portion by hand.
