2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a waterproofing method for rooftops or the like, a concrete construction body surface is treated with a primer and then a urethane-based waterproofing material is directly applied and a finishing layer is applied thereon. There is a ventilation buffer construction method in which a nonwoven fabric or the like is provided between the membranes to provide a ventilation buffer layer. However, the former adhesion method, in which the waterproof coating film is adhered to the entire surface of the substrate, not only has insufficient followability for cracks and joint movement of the substrate, but also increases the temperature of moisture contained in the substrate. Thus, the waterproof layer has a disadvantage that a so-called blistering phenomenon occurs, in which the waterproof layer partially peels off from the base and partially swells. On the other hand, although the latter ventilation cushioning method is effective in preventing blisters due to the ventilation cushioning material, there is a problem in the workability such as a longer work time and a longer construction time than the close contact construction method.

[0003] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-131936 discloses a method for solving the above-mentioned problem, in which a primer is applied to the surface of a concrete body, and an adhesive sheet is separately attached with a sheet piece interposed therebetween. A method of applying a waterproof material is disclosed. In this method, the adhesive sheet part provides the function of degassing function, and it has the purpose of preventing swelling and following the cracks of the base, but it takes enormous labor to stick the adhesive sheet on site, The workability was significantly reduced.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described below in detail.
The sheet-like material provided in the present invention in a state where the resin is substantially communicated needs to have air permeability. The reason for this is that after laminating the surface with the resin applied adjacent to the base,
By applying and impregnating the primer from above, the base and the sheet-like material can be integrated, and the blister phenomenon can be prevented.

The sheet-like material to which the resin according to the present invention is applied is, for example, a synthetic fiber composed of polyester, polypropylene, polyamide, polyvinyl alcohol, acrylic synthetic fiber, or a copolymer thereof, or two or more synthetic resins. Composite fibers, artificial fibers such as viscose rayon and cupra ammonium rayon, nonwoven fabrics comprising at least one layer of inorganic fibers such as glass, wariffs, woven and knitted fabrics, etc. If it does, it is not limited.

[0009] The irregularities formed by applying the resin or the resin composition to the air-permeable sheet-like material are preferably in a continuous state. For example, the unevenness may be a lattice shape, a honeycomb shape, or the like. It is not something to be done. The reason for this is that after constructing the sheet-like material for coating waterproofing work according to the present invention,
This is because the communication portion has a function of degassing water vapor caused by moisture contained in the base, and contributes to prevention of blistering.

The resin and the resin composition used here are those which hardly cause a change such as swelling when applying a coating film waterproofing material after laying the sheet-like material for waterproofing coating film referred to in the present invention. For example, NBR, epoxy-based, urethane-based, phenol-based resins, and the like can be used, and there is no particular limitation. Further, other materials may be added to this resin. For example, when an aggregate such as silica sand is added, the deaeration function may be improved due to minute unevenness in a portion where the resin composition is applied.

[0011] The sheet for waterproofing coating film referred to in the present invention is laminated with the surface provided with the resin adjacent to the base, and a primer is applied thereon to integrate the base with the sheet. After further applying a coating waterproof material, JA
When a swelling test according to SS-8 is performed, the swelling pressure is preferably 19.6 kPa or more. If the swelling pressure is less than 19.6 kPa, the intended deaeration function may be insufficient and the blister prevention function may be reduced. Factors controlling swelling pressure include:
There are at least the concavo-convex state of the portion to which the resin composition is applied and the area ratio or width of the applied portion, which embody the desired swelling pressure. The unevenness of at least the portion to which the resin composition is applied can be represented by the difference in height between the concave portion and the convex portion, and is preferably in the range of 1 to 500 μm. The area ratio of the resin applied portion is 1 to 30%, and the width of the resin applied portion is 3%.
mm or more is preferable. When the height difference between the uneven portions is less than 1 μm, the area ratio of the resin-applied portion is less than 1%, and the width of the resin-applied portion is less than 3 mm, the connecting force between the waterproof layer and the base is improved, but the degassing ability is reduced. Tend. On the other hand, the height difference of the uneven portion exceeds 500 μm, and the area ratio of the resin applied portion is 3
If it exceeds 0%, although the deaeration function is satisfactory, the force for connecting the waterproof layer and the base is insufficient, and there is a tendency to cause problems such as deformation and displacement of the sheet-like material for waterproof coating work. . The method of applying the resin composition and other materials to the sheet-like material is not limited as long as it can be applied industrially, such as coating, impregnating, and laminating.

As shown in Examples 1, 2, 3, and 4 in Table 1, the air-permeable sheet-like material having the uneven surface provided in a state where the resin of the present invention is in communication with the resin is provided with the resin. When the swelling pressure is 19.6 kPa or more when the swelling pressure is 19.6 kPa or more when the swelling pressure is 19.6 kPa or more when the swelling pressure is 19.6 kPa or more when the swelling pressure is 19.6 kPa or more after the primer is applied thereon and the swelling pressure is 19.6 kPa or more, the workability is not reduced. It has a degassing function and is less likely to cause blistering. On the other hand, when construction was performed without using the sheet-like material for waterproof coating of the present invention shown in Comparative Example 1 of Table 2, although the workability was excellent, the degassing function was poor, and the blistering phenomenon occurred and the surface was blistered. Grade is reduced. When a deaeration buffer is used in place of the sheet for waterproofing coating film of the present invention as in Comparative Example 2, although the blister phenomenon is effectively suppressed, the workability is poor.
