Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide blowoff structure of a heater duct capable of blowing hot air toward the center foot side of a rear seat without providing a blowoff port and the center of a cabin floor. SOLUTION: In this blowoff structure of a heater duct 1, lateral bifurcated branch ducts 11a, 11b provided at the rear end of the heater duct 1 covered with a floor carpet 4 of a cabin floor are extended into positions below lateral front seats 5a, 5b, and hot air is blown toward a rear seat 7 from blowoff ports 12a, 12b projected on the floor carpet 4. A branch duct 13 extending toward the center of the rear seat 7 and having its blowoff port 14 positioned directly below a seat leg 6a of the front seat 5b is formed at the branch duct 11. A recessed part 41 recessed inclining obliquely downward toward the blowoff port 14 so that the blowoff port 14 faces a bottom end opening 42 is formed at the floor carpet 4, in a position directly in front of the blowoff port 14, and hot air is blown toward the center foot side of the rear seat 7 through the recessed part 41.

In some cases, a heater duct is extended along the cabin floor, and hot air is blown from the outlets of the duct terminals provided below the left and right front seats toward the feet of the rear seats behind. As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, this type of heater duct 1 is provided at the center in the width direction at the front of the cabin floor from a heater unit (not shown) in front of the cabin to the rear along the floor panel 2. The rear end is branched into right and left forks, and each branch duct 11a, 11b extends below the left and right front seats 5a, 5b. Heater duct 1
Has a flat upper surface, is installed in a state of being embedded in a urethane mat 3 spread on a floor panel 2, and is covered with a floor carpet 4.

It is mounted on a pair of left and right parallel seat legs 6a, 6b that are fixed on the vehicle floor and extend in the front-rear direction. The branch ducts 11a and 11b of the heater duct 1 extend so as to cross below the seat legs 6a of the front seats 5a and 5b, and the terminal penetrates the hole of the floor carpet 4 and the outlets 12a and 12b. The warm air is blown out to the feet of the occupant seated on the rear seat 7.

In a wagon-type vehicle or the like, both front seats 5a and 5b are installed at an interval from each other, and a passage for occupants to move back and forth is provided at the center in the width direction of the cabin floor. For this reason, the outlets 12a and 12b below the front seats 5a and 5b are located near the left and right ends of the passenger compartment floor, and when the rear seat 7 is a bench seat for three persons covering the entire width of the passenger compartment, the warm air is generated by the rear seat. Only the feet of the occupant seated on the left and right sides of 7 can reach, and the feet of the occupant seated in the center cannot be sufficiently warmed.

However, the air outlet 12c set in the passage of the passenger compartment is conspicuous and the appearance of the passenger compartment floor is not good. In addition, a large grill 8 for the purpose of protecting the air outlet 12c and preventing foreign matter from entering the air outlet 12c is provided in the air outlet 12c.
In addition, the grill 8 is protruded above the floor carpet 4, so that a convex portion is formed in the passage, which hinders the occupant from walking.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a heater duct which is installed in the front-rear direction substantially at the center in the width direction of the front part of a passenger compartment floor and is covered with a floor carpet. Each branch duct extends below the left and right front seats installed across the widthwise center passage of the passenger compartment floor, and the outlet of each branch duct projects above the floor carpet. In the structure of the heater duct that blows warm air from each of the outlets toward the rear rear seat, a branch duct is formed at an intermediate position of the branch duct and extends along the passenger compartment floor and toward the center of the rear seat. The outlet of the branch duct is arranged at a position directly below a seat leg supporting a side end of the front seat near the center of the cabin, while the branch carpet has the branch outlet. The air outlet and a position opposed to the extract,
Forming a concave portion having an opening corresponding to the outlet at the bottom end and gently depressing and inclining diagonally downward toward the outlet, facing the outlet at the opening, Warm air is blown out along the recess toward the center foot of the rear seat.

The outlet of the branch duct is provided directly below the seat leg of the front seat, and the warm air blown out from the outlet is supplied toward the center foot of the rear seat by the guide of the recess formed in the floor carpet. As a result, the outlet does not appear in the passage on the passenger compartment floor, so that the appearance of the passenger compartment is not impaired. Also, the outlet does not obstruct the occupant's walking.

A portion of the warm air passing through the branch duct 11b of the heater duct 1 is diverted to the branch duct 13 and blown out from the outlet 14. The warm air is guided by the inclined bottom surface 411 of the concave portion 41 of the floor carpet 4 and the side surfaces 413 on both sides thereof, and is sent out toward the feet of the occupant seated in the center of the rear seat 7 along the passenger compartment floor. in this case,
The inclination angle of the inclined bottom surface 411 of the concave portion 41 is the floor panel 2
An angle of 10 ° to 15 ° is optimal. If the angle of inclination is large, hot air cannot be sent out along the floor and blows up. If the angle is small, the length of the concave portion 41 increases.

The outlet 14 for blowing hot air toward the center foot of the rear seat 7 is hidden by the front seat 5b, and a concave portion 41 of the floor carpet 4 for guiding the hot air is also formed at the end of the passage at the center of the vehicle floor. As a result, the appearance of the cabin floor is not impaired, and does not obstruct the occupants traveling in the aisle. Further, the grill 15 for preventing foreign matter from entering the air outlet 14 can be small and does not require strength.

According to the present invention, warm air can be sent to the feet of an occupant sitting in the center of the rear seat without providing a heater duct outlet in the center of the cabin floor. Therefore, the air outlet impairs the appearance of the cabin floor,
It does not disturb the occupants in the cabin. Further, since a large grill member for protecting the air outlet is not required, the cost can be reduced.
