In the floor slab peeling apparatus of the present invention, the caster is disposed on the opposite side of the pivot point between the lever member and the reaction force jack, with the fulcrum separated from the pivot point. When the reaction jack is extended and the levers are kept almost horizontal when the reaction jack is contracted and the levers are almost level, the caster is placed on the floor. Since the ground contact leg is lifted above the floor slab, the floor slab peeling device can be rolled by a caster, and can be easily moved without using a special lifting machine. On the other hand, when the reaction force jack is extended and one end of each lever member is pushed down, the caster rises with the other end of the lever member and separates from the floor slab, and the grounding leg is grounded on the floor slab. Then, a reaction force for peeling the floor slab is obtained from the reaction force girder through the contact leg.

In the floor slab peeling apparatus of the present invention, a continuous member is placed on each of the lever members, and the upper end of the hanging bar is swingably attached to the continuous member. If a non-slip material such as rubber, cloth file or sand is attached to the contact surface with the member, even if it is not fixed to the lever member by mechanical means such as bolts or welding, At the time of the floor slab peeling operation, it is possible to prevent the displacement of the continuous member due to the inclination of the lever member. Therefore, the arrangement of the connecting member on the lever member can be easily changed.

Further, in the floor slab peeling device of the present invention, three points are connected: a fulcrum of the lever member, a pivotal connection portion between the lever member and the reaction force jack, and an attachment portion of the lever member to which a hanging bar is attached. The fulcrum and the pivot are so arranged that the line forms a triangle, and that the horizontal divergence between the fulcrum and the pivot is longer than the horizontal divergence between the hanging rod mounting portion and the fulcrum. A mounting portion and a mounting portion of the hanging bar can be arranged, and more preferably, a horizontal separation length between the fulcrum and the pivot mounting portion is a horizontal separation between a mounting portion of the hanging bar and the fulcrum. Approximately 1-2 times the length.

As described above, in the floor slab separating apparatus 10 of the present invention, since the hydraulic supply unit 12 and the like are integrated,
Since these devices can be moved at the same time, the working time can be remarkably reduced as compared with the conventional devices shown in FIGS. That is, in the conventional example of FIG. 9, each time the apparatus is moved, the center hole jack 52, the beam member 53, and the hydraulic supply unit are separately transported and assembled.
The amount of work is large and complicated, and also in the conventional example of FIG. 10, the apparatus and the hydraulic supply unit are carried separately, and therefore have the same complexity. In many cases, the floor slab peeling operation is performed at night, and time constraints are large, and a reduction in working time is strongly required. However, in the floor slab peeling device 10 of the present invention, the hydraulic supply unit 12 Since the movement and installation are efficiently performed by the integration of the above, the above-mentioned problem is solved.

On the other hand, when the floor slab block 40 is peeled, the reaction force jack 34 is extended, and the tip of each lever member 14 is pushed down via the hinge 36. As a result, the rear end of each lever member 14 is pushed up about the fulcrum shaft member 16, and transmitted to the floor slab block 40 as a force for lifting the floor slab through the hanging bar 20, and the floor slab block 40 is moved upward. If the lifting force exceeds a predetermined value, the fixing between the bridge girder and the floor slab block 40 is broken, and the floor slab block 40 is ready to be removed. Also, when the rear end of each lever member 14 is pushed up, the casters 39 move up together with the lever member 14 and separate from the floor slab 42, and the grounding leg 32
The reaction force for contacting the floor 2 and peeling the floor slab block 40 is obtained from the reaction force beam 11 via the contact leg 32.
