However, in order to form a soundproof wall by connecting panels each having a predetermined width, the bottom of the panel must be fixed to the ground cover. This is because a fixing bolt provided in the ground cover is inserted into a bolt hole formed in the bottom of the panel, a nut is fastened to the fixing bolt, and mortar or the like is inserted into a gap between the ground cover and the panel bottom. It is interposed. At this time, a gap is formed around the bolt, and this gap is necessary for adjusting the position of the panel and workability. However, since a problem such as a decrease in strength or the like occurs as it is, the gap is filled with a filler.
In this filling operation, once the mortar has hardened, the bolts once tightened are loosened, the filler is injected, and then the bolts are tightened again. For this reason, it is troublesome twice and the construction period is extended at present. The present invention has been proposed in view of the above, and aims to reduce labor and shorten the construction period in a soundproof wall made of precast concrete.
