Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.単数又は複数のスペーサーの共有結合形固定により改質された固体基材で構 成される、高密度抗生物質又は消毒薬特性を備えた表面において、前記単数又は 複数のスペーサーの反応性末端に、単数又は複数の抗生物質、殺菌剤、殺ウイル ス剤又は殺真菌剤分子が共有結合の形で結合されている表面。 2.スペーサーがA1−(CH2)n−A2という構造式のシランであり、式中、 − A1はX、OH、CO−Z又はY3−Siであり、ここでXはハロゲンであ り、Z=H、OH又はClであり、Y=X又は1〜3個の炭素原子のアルコキシ 基であり; − nは2〜24の間にあり; − A2はCH3、CH=CH2、OH、ハロゲン化又はCO−Z残基の中から 選択され、ここでZ=H、OH又はClである; ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表面。 3.nが5〜18の間に含まれることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の表面。 4.抗生物質が細菌壁、特に、ペニシリン,セフアロスポリン、モノバクタム、 チエナマイシン、β−ラクタマーぜ阻害物質、ペプチドグリカン合成阻害物質、 バシトラシン、ノボビオシンのような塩基性ポリペプチドのようなβラクタムコ アを含む細菌壁のレベルで作用できることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれ か1項に記載の表面。 5.殺菌剤が第4級アンモニウム塩であるを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれ か1項に記載の表面。 6.基材が、無機支持体、特に、ガラス又はガラス繊維であることを特徴とする 、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の表面。 7.基材がAl2O3、SnO2、InO3のような金属酸化物であることを特徴と する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の表面。 8.基材が有機プラスチック、特に、ポリエチレン、ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC) ;ポリアクリレート、ポリメタクリレート、ポリプロピレン、ポリアミド、ポリ ウレタン、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン(ABS)、ポリエチレンテ レフタレート(PET)のような飽和又は不飽和ボリエステル、ボリカーボネー2つの反応性末端を含むスペーサーとグラフト共重合できるあらゆる重合体又は 共重合体であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の表面。 9.医療、外科、化粧品、食品又は衛生向け製品の容器を構成することを特徴と する、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の表面。 10.数ミクロンから数ミリメートルの間の直径を持つ粒子を構成することを特 徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の表面。 11.粒子が砂を形成することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の表面。 12.医療向けブロテーゼを構成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれ か1項に記載の表面。 13.プロテーゼがコンタクトレンズであることを特徴とする、請求項12に記 載の表面。 14.単位表面積あたりの抗生物質活性部位密度が、1cm2あたり1011〜5・ 1014の抗生物質分子であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に 記載の抗生物質表面。 15.単数又は複数の異なる抗生物質がその表面上にグラフト共重合され、その 上で4nm未満の厚みの単分子層を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜14の いずれか1項に記載の抗生物質特性を備えた表面。 16.− 表面の清浄; − 場合によっては、反応基を生成することを目的とした表面の化学的活性化 ; − 外部末端位置に反応性官能基を有する連結層の被着; − こうして改質された表面の反応基上での抗生物質、殺菌剤又は殺真菌剤の 化学的グラフト共重合; という工程を少なくとも含んでいる、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の表面 の調製方法。 17.表面がAPATEA,HEDMDA又はBPDMDAで改質されている、 請求項16に記載の方法。 18.基材がPVCであるとき、表面は、 − NaN3水溶液との接触; − その後のNaBH4水溶液との接触; のような処理によって予め活性化されていることを特徴とする、請求項16に記 載の方法。 19.基材がポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)である場合、表面は、アル ゴン下で24時間トルエン中で、1〜5%の3−アミノプロピルトリエトキシシ ラン溶液との接触により予め活性化されていることを特徴とする、請求項16に 記載の方法。 20.特に使い捨てのボトル、袋、管のような医療向け容器の製造のための、請 求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の表面の利用。 21.腎臓透析カートリッジのようなex vivo又はin vivoでの器官治療用医療装 置の製造のための、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の表面の利用。 22.歯科医療用又は歯の清掃用の単数又は複数の材料の製造のための、請求項 1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の表面の利用。 23.人工骨又は人工脈管のようなプロテーゼの製造のための、請求項1〜15 のいずれか1項に記載の表面の利用。 24.子供用砂場の調製のための、請求項10及び11のいずれか1項に記載の 表面の利用。 25.一般に利用される飲物及びその他の流動性食糧品の滅菌のための、請求項 10及び11のいずれか1項に記載の表面の利用。 26.工業用流体の滅菌のための、請求項10及び11のいずれか1項に記載の 表面の利用。
