Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.その遠位端部領域に内視鏡対物レンズと遠位端部の窓が取付けられ、この 対物レンズの映像を映像伝達装置により内視鏡の近位端部に伝達し、また前記窓 が前記外側チューブを液密ならびに気密の方法で密閉され、かつ前記チューブを 通して内視鏡対物レンズの光線路が走行する、外側チューブを備えた内視鏡にお いて、その遠位端部の窓および/または接眼レンズ窓をそれ自体公知の方法で、 その縁部を外側チューブの中に接着させ、また接眼レンズカップもしくはアダプ ターを外側チューブもしくは接眼レンズカップの中に固定させ、リング形状のろ う材層を前記遠位端部の窓の少くとも一方の端面に塗布して、前記遠位端部の窓 を外側チューブもしくはアダプターにろう付け材層によりさらに接合させること を特徴とする内視鏡。 2.前記リング形状のろう材層が内面上に塗布されていることを特徴とする請 求項1記載の内視鏡。 3.前記ろう付け可能なリング形状の層が両端面上に塗布されていることを特 徴とする請求項1記載の内視鏡。 4.前記ろう材層が真空蒸着によるか、あるいは浸漬もしくは電着により塗布 されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の内視鏡。 5.前記ろう材の溶融温度と接着剤の軟化温度が前記内視鏡をオートクレーブ 処理により滅菌できる温度であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項 記載の内視鏡。 6.前記ろう材が硬質ろうであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1 項記載の内視鏡。 7.前記接着剤がUV硬化性接着剤であることを特徴とする請求項5もしくは 6記載の内視鏡。 8.前記遠位端部の窓が石英ガラスもしくはBK7からなることを特徴とする 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の内視鏡。 9.前記遠位端部の窓がサファイア材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜 8のいずれか1項記載の内視鏡。 10.前記遠位端部の窓の端面に塗布されるリング形状のろう材層が前記内視鏡 対物レンズの開口部ダイアフラムもしくは拡散光ダイアフラムを形成することを 特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載の内視鏡。 11.前記遠位端部の窓が光学効果をそれ自体公知の方法で備えることを特徴と する請求項1〜10のいずれか1項記載の内視鏡。 12.前記外側チューブが耐食性金属、例えばモネルからなることを特徴とする 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項記載の内視鏡。
