Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.キャピラリー電気泳動によるサンプル中の構成物質の検出の方法であって : (a)前記サンプルをバッファー溶液中でのキャピラリー電気泳動にかけるこ とで前記サンプル又はその成分の連続流を当該電気泳動の経路における固定の位 置に通し、そして当該固定位置での当該バッファー溶液の組成を示す値を連続的 に検出する; (b)(i)このようにして検出した前記値のエレクトロフェログラフィーを 、(ii)ゼロ補正した総移動度、対、前記バッファー溶液中の選定したマーカー の比の関数として構築し;そして (c)前記エレクトロフェログラフィーを、前記構成物質を含む既知の組成物 のエレクトロフェログラフィーと対比させ、当該構成物質が当該サンプル中に存 在するかを同定する; ことを含んで成る方法。 2.前記(c)が前記サンプル中の前記構成物質の量を決定することを更に含 んで成る、請求項1記載の方法。 3.前記構成物質を第一構成物質と規定し、そして選定のマーカーを前記サン プルの第二構成物質とし、当該第二構成物質が前記サンプルの中に存在している ことがわかっており、且つ前記第一構成物質のそれとは異なる電気泳動移動度を 有する帯電物質である、請求項1記載の方法。 4.前記選定のマーカーが前記サンプルに添加した帯電物質であり、そして本 来その中に存在しないものである、請求項1記載の方法。 5.前記帯電物質が前記サンプルの全ての推定構成物質の移動度を上廻る絶対 値の移動度を有する、請求項4記載の方法。 6.前記(b)が、前記エレクトロフェログラフィーにおける選定のピークに 対して前記総移動度を補正することにより前記総移動度をゼロ補正することを含 んで成る、請求項1記載の方法。 7.前記サンプルがサンプルセットの中の複数のサンプルのうちの一つであり 、それぞれのセットが選定のマーカーを含み;当該選定のマーカーが帯電マーカ ーであり;そして当該方法が前記サンプルセットの中に対照サンプルを含ませ、 そして前記サンプルから当該サンプルセットの中の他の全てのサンプルにおける 帯電マーカーの電気泳動移動度を決定することを更に含んで成る、請求項1記載 の方法。 8.前記選定のマーカーが前記サンプルに添加され、且つ本来その中に存在し ない帯電物質であり、当該帯電物質が当該サンプルの全ての推定構成物質の電気 泳動移動度及び移動時間のそれぞれを上廻る絶対値の既知の電気泳動移動度及び 実測移動時間を有し、そして (b)前記総移動度を当該既知の電気泳動移動度及び当該実測移動時間のみか ら誘導した計算電気浸透移動度に対してゼロ補正することを含んで成る、請求項 1記載の方法。 9.前記(b)(ii)が前記ゼロ補正移動度、対、前記バッファー溶液中の選定 のマーカーのゼロ補正移動度の比である、請求項 記載の方法。 10.前記(a)において連続的に検出する前記値が吸収であり、ここで(c) が前記サンプル中の前記構成物質の量を当該構成物質に関する前記エレクトロフ ェログラフィーのピークの振幅から誘導することを更に含んで成る、請求項1記 載の方法。
