Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 環状の流体流加熱区域を確立することのできる種類の加熱炉であって、内 部に内部ブロックが供給されているチャンバと、内部ブロックとチャンバの内壁 との間の斜めブレードによるリングと、流体がブレードの間を通過してチャンバ 内の斜めブレードのリングより上に環状の流体流加熱区域を確立するような方法 で、流体をチャンバへと送出するための手段と、チャンバ内の環状の流体流加熱 区域が確立される領域に供給粒子材料を噴射するための手段と、加熱区域が確立 されるチャンバ内の領域が斜めブレードのリングより上へと高められるように、 燃料をチャンバ内の斜めブレードのリングより上の領域に噴射するための手段と 、を含む加熱炉。 2. 内部ブロックを冷却するための手段をさらに備えた、請求項1記載の加熱 炉。 3. 環状の流体流加熱区域を確立することのできる種類の加熱炉であって、内 部に内部ブロックが供給されているチャンバと、内部ブロックとチャンバの内壁 との間の斜めブレードによるリングと、高温の流体がブレードの間を通過してチ ャンバ内の斜めブレードのリングより上に環状の流体流加熱区域を確立するよう な方法で、高温の流体をチャンバへと送出するための手段と、チャンバ内の環状 の流体流加熱区域が確立される領域に供給粒子材料を噴射するための手段と、内 部ブロックを冷却するための手段と、を含む加熱炉。 4. 燃料をチャンバ内の斜めブレードのリングより上の領域に噴射するための 手段をさらに備えた、請求項3記載の加熱炉。 5. 燃料噴射手段が外周上に間隔を置いて設置された複数の燃料インレットチ ューブによるリングを含む、請求項1、2、または4の何れかに記載された加熱 炉。 6. 複数の燃料インレットチューブが共通の流体インレット送出パイプに接続 された共通のジョイントまたはハウジングに接続されている、請求項5記載の加 熱炉。 7. 燃料インレットチューブがチャンバへと上向きに突出している、請求項5 または6に記載された加熱炉。 8. 加熱炉が、チャンバ内で燃料と反応する高温流体ソースを含む、先行する 請求項の何れかに記載された加熱炉。 9. 前記ソースが、チャンバへの送出に先立って流体を加熱するための加熱器 を含む、請求項8記載の加熱炉。 10. 加熱器が、燃料を燃焼してチャンバに送出される流体を予熱するための 手段を含む、請求項9記載の加熱炉。 11. 高温流体が、チャンバ内に確立される必要のある加熱区域より低い温度 でチャンバ内に送出される、請求項8乃至10の何れかに記載された加熱炉。 12. チャンバの温度が監視され、燃料及び反応流体の一方または両方の送出 速度が既定温度からの温度変動に従って調節される、請求項11記載の加熱炉。 13. 反応流体が高温の空気または酸素を含み、燃料がチャンバ内の高温の空 気または酸素の存在下で燃焼が可能な燃料を含む、請求項8乃至12の何れかに 記載された加熱炉。 14. 燃料が天然ガスを含む、請求項13記載の加熱炉。 15. 内部ブロックを冷却するための手段が、内部ブロック上にシュラウドの 形式で提供された放射熱シールドを備えた、請求項2乃至4の何れか、或いは請 求項2乃至4の任意項に従属する場合は請求項5乃至14の何れかに記載された 加熱炉。 16. 加熱炉がさらに、冷却ガスを内部ブロックの表面上に適用されるように シュラウドへと送出するための手段を含む、請求項15記載の加熱炉。 17. 冷却ガスを送出するための手段が、加熱炉の外部領域からシュラウドへ と伸長する冷却ガス送出パイプを備えた、請求項16記載の加熱炉。 18. 内部ブロックが耐火材で構成され、また斜めブレードのリングから遠ざ かるにつれてその軸に沿って減少する断面積を有する、先行する請求項の何れか に記載された加熱炉。 19. 内部ブロックが円錐形部分または円錐台部分で構成され、またシュラウ ドが類似形状のカバーを備えた、請求項15乃至18の何れかに記載された加熱 炉。 20. チャンバが、内部ステップまたは桟なしに製品アウトレットパイプヘ至 る円錐台部分を有する壁を有している、先行請求項の何れかに記載された加熱炉 。 21. 請求項1に記載され、また実質上、添付図面の図2を参照して先に説明 された加熱炉。 22. 請求項3に記載され、また実質上、添付図面の図2を参照して先に説明 された加熱炉。 23. 先行する任意の請求項に記載された加熱炉を使用して、750℃乃至1 05 0℃の温度範囲で、カオリン等の粘土、炭酸カルシウムまたは雲母をフラッシュ 焼成する方法。
