Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.複数の自動通話分配装置を備え、それぞれ少なくとも1つの自動通話分配装 置を有する複数のコールセンターの1つに電話通話をルーティングするシステム において、 それぞれ前記自動通話分配装置の1つとマッチングされ、前記複数のコールセ ンターの1つに配置される、複数のインターフェイスソフトウェアモジュールと 、 前記複数のインターフェイスソフトウェアモジュールのすべてと通信し、前記 複数の自動通話分配装置に関係するステータス情報を記憶する中間ソフトウェア モジュールと、 前記中間ソフトウェアモジュール中のステータス情報を使用し、前記複数の自 動通話分配装置をそれらのマッチングインターフェイスソフトウェアモジュール を通して制御するアプリケーションとを具備するシステム。 2.前記アプリケーションが、第1のコールセンターにより受信される電話通話 の1つを第2のコールセンターにルーティングするルーティングソフトウェアモ ジュールである請求項1記載のシステム。 3.前記複数のコールセンターが複数のエージェントを含み、 前記システムが前記電話通話と前記エージェントに関係する情報を含むデータ ベースをさらに具備し、 前記ルーティングソフトウェアが、前記1つの電話通話を受信するエージェン トの1つを選択する手段と、前記データベースから検索された前記1つの電話通 話に関係する情報を前記選択されたエージェントに送る手段とをさらに備えてい る請求項2記載のシステム。 4.インターフェイスソフトウェアモジュールがルーティングソフトウェアモジ ュールと相互作用し、インターフェイスソフトウェアモジュールと関係する自動 通話分配装置をそれぞれ備えた複数のコールセンターの1つに電話通話をルーテ ィングする方法において、 前記複数のコールセンターの第1のコールセンターの自動通話分配装置により 通話を受信し、 前記第1のコールセンターの前記自動通話分配装置と関係するインターフェイ スソフトウェアにより、前記ルーティングソフトウェアモジュールに前記通話を 通知し、 前記ルーティングソフトウェアモジュールにより、前記複数のコールセンター の第2のコールセンターに位置する最も適任のエージェントを選択し、 前記第2のコールセンターの自動通話分配装置に関係するインターフェイスソ フトウェアに前記エージェントの選択を通知し、 前記第2のコールセンターの自動通話分配装置に関係するインターフェイスソ フトウェアにより、前記第2のコールセンターの自動通話分配装置における制御 ディレクトリ番号を確保し、 前記第1のコールセンターの自動通話分配装置により、前記第2のコールセン ターの自動通話分配装置の制御ディレクトリ番号に前記通話を送り、 前記第2のコールセンターの前記自動通話分配装置と前記インターフェイスソ フトウェアにより、前記通話を前記選択されたエージェントにルーティングする ステップを含む方法。 5.前記ルーティングソフトウェアモジュールが、すべてのコールセンターのア クティビィティのステータスを含むステータス情報サーバに結合され、前記選択 ステップが、前記最も適任なエージェントを選択する基準として前記ステータス を使用するステップをさらに含む請求項4記載の方法。 6.前記ルーティングソフトウェアモジュールが、エージェントの情報を含むデ ータベースに結合され、前記選択ステップが、前記最も適任なエージェントを選 択する基準として前記エージェントの情報を使用するステップをさらに含む請求 項4記載の方法。 7.前記通話が自動番号識別子と関係し、前記データベースが前記自動番号識別 子に関係する情報を含み、前記選択ステップが、前記最も適任なエージェントを 選択する基準として前記自動番号識別子に関係する情報を使用するステップをさ らに含む請求項6記載の方法。 8.前記複数のコールセンターの自動通話分配装置が接続線により接続され、前 記通話を送るステップは、前記第1のコールセンターと前記第2のコールセンタ ーにおける前記自動通話分配装置間の接続線を使用して実行される請求項4記載 の方法。
