Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 図2のアミノ酸残基41−154(配列番号2のアミノ酸72−185) のうちの1以上の欠失または置換による電荷変化を含む天然KGFのポリペプチ ドアナログ。 2. 該欠失または置換アミノ酸が、Arg41、Gln43、Lys55、Lys95 、Lys128、Asn137、Gln138、Lys139、Arg144、Lys147、Gl n152、Lys153およびThr154よりなる群から選択される請求項1記載のポ リペプチドアナログ。 3. R(144)Q、C(1,15)S/R(144)Q、C(1,15)S /R(144)EおよびΔN23/R(144)Qよりなる群から選択される請 求項1記載のポリペプチドアナログ。 4. 治療上有効量の請求項1記載のKGFのポリペプチドアナログおよび医薬 上許容される担体を含む医薬組成物。 5. 治療上有効量の凍結乾燥した請求項1記載のポリペプチドアナログを含む 医薬組成物。 6. さらに、医薬上許容される担体を含む請求項4記載の医 薬組成物。 7. DNAおよびRNAよりなる群から選択される核酸分子であって、該核酸 分子が、図2のアミノ酸残基41−154(配列番号2のアミノ酸72−185 )のうちの1以上の欠失または置換による電荷変化を含む天然KGFのポリペプ チドアナログをコードする該核酸分子。 8. 該欠失または置換アミノ酸がArg41、Gln43、Lys55、Lys95、 Lys128、Asn137、Gln138、Lys139、Arg144、Lys147、Gln152 、Lys153およびThr154よりなる群から選択される請求項7記載の核酸 分子。 9. ポリペプチドアナログがR(144)Q、C(1,15)S/R(144 )Q、C(1,15)S/R(144)EおよびΔN23/R(144)Qより なる群から選択される請求項7記載の核酸分子。 10. 請求項7記載の核酸分子を含む生物学的に機能的なプラスミドまたはベ クター。 11. 請求項8記載の生物学的に機能的なベクターで安定的にトランスフェク トまたは形質転換された原核生物または真核 生物宿主細胞。 12. E.coliである請求項11記載の原核生物宿主細胞。 13. 哺乳動物細胞である請求項11記載の真核生物宿主細胞。 14. チャイニーズハムスター卵巣細胞である請求項12記載の真核生物宿主 細胞。 15. 請求項7記載の核酸分子で安定的に形質転換された原核生物または真核 生物宿主細胞を、適当な栄養条件下、コードされたポリペプチドアナログが発現 されるように増殖させ、次いで、かく産生されたポリペプチドアナログを単離す ることを特徴とするKGFのポリペプチドアナログの製法。 16. 有効量の請求項1記載のKGFのポリペプチドアナログを非繊維芽細胞 上皮細胞と接触させることを特徴とする該細胞の生産を刺激する方法。
