Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ハブボディ(1)を伴ったランナーつまりローターと、ハブボディの中の オイルで潤滑された軸受(7,8)において回転可能に軸支されたベーンつまリ ブレード(4)を有する水力機械のためのシステムであって、前記軸受と周囲の 水との間に配置されたシール手段を有するシールシステムにおいて、前記シール 手段が、第1の円周状シール部材(60)と、前記第1のシール部材の内側の第 2の円周状シール部材(61)を有し、前記第1と第2のシール部材の間に円周 状スペース(65)が存在しており、その円周状スペースは、流路(64)によ って、前記軸受におけるオイルの圧力よりも大きい圧力を有する水と接続されて いる、ことを特徴とするシールシステム。 2.シール部材が、一方はランナーブレードトラニオン(6)または相当品と ランナーブレード(5)または相当品を有するユニット、他方はハブボディを有 するユニット、の間のギャップ(62)の中に配置されている、請求項1記載の シールシステム。 3.シール部材が、ランナーブレードフランジとハブボディの間のギャップ( 62)の中に配置されている、請求項2記載のシールシステム。 4.円周状スペース(65)が、一つの流路(64)を経て、ランナーブレー ドまたは相当品の圧力側で周囲の水と接続していて、それにより、円周状スペー スの中の流体は実質的に、圧力側において水が有する圧力と同じ圧力を達成する 、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のシールシステム。 5.円周状スペース(65)が、一つの流路(68)を経て、水力機械の構成 の中にある圧力源、望ましくは機械のシャフトのアクスルボックス、と接続され ていて、その流路は、圧力源から円周状スペースまでハブボディを経て延びてい る、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のシールシステム。 6.シール部材が、ギャップ(62)の壁に押し当てられているシールリップ を有するシールリング(60,61)から成り、シールリングのシールリップは 、前記円周状スペース(65)に当たるように曲げられている、請求項1から5 のいずれか1項に記載のシールシステム。
