Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ハブボディ(1)と、そのハブボディの中の軸受(7,8)において回転 可能に軸支されたベーンつまりブレード(4)とを有し、そのハブボディは前記 軸受と連通している少なくとも一つのチャンバー(2)を有する、ランナーつま りローター、を有するタイプの水力機械における装置において、オイルを前記軸 受に供給するための第1の手段(20,22,23,24,25,27,28, 29)と、オイルを前記チャンバーから、オイルの供給と歩調を合わせて取り出 すための他の手段(18,19,37,38,39,40,41,42)があっ て、それにより、チャンバーは実質的に一定の容積(35,35A)のオイルを 収容することとなり、その容積はチャンバーの全容積よりも小さく、そのオイル の容積は、ランナーが回転するときの遠心力によってチャンバーの周囲壁に向け て押し付けられる、ことを特徴とする水力機械における装置。 2.前記第1の手段が、ランナーの回転シャフトと前記軸受の間の領域にオイ ルを供給するように設けられている、請求項1記載の装置。 3.チャンバーの、オイルで満たされていない部分における圧力(P3)が、 前記軸受の外側の圧力よりも低い、請求項1または2記載の装置。 4.前記オイルの容積(35,35A)からオイルを、オイルが前記第一の手 段を経て前記容積に供給されると同じ歩調で汲み出すためのポンプが設けられて いる、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 5.前記第1の手段が、前記油圧ポンプを駆動する油圧モーターを駆動するた めに設けられていて、前記軸受に供給されるオイルが、油圧モーターからの戻リ オイルから成る、請求項4記載の装置。 6.前記第1の手段が、ランナーブレードが上に取り付けられているランナー ブレードトラニオン(6)の内側の閉じられたスペース(31)を経て軸受にオ イルを供給するように設けられている、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の 装置。 7.オイルを外側の軸受(8)に導く少なくとも一つの流路(30)がある、 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 8.油圧ポンプ(19)と油圧モーター(18)が容積型であり、ポンプ(1 9)がモーター(18)よりも大きい容積能力を有している、請求項1から7の いずれか1項に記載の装置。 9.前記軸受(8)と周囲の水の間のシール手段が、第1の円周状シール部材 (60)と、前記第1のシール部材の内側にある第2の円周状シール部材(61 )を有し、前記第1と第2のシール部材の間には一つの円周状スペース(65) が存在しており、前記の円周状スペースは、流路(64)を経て、前記軸受にお けるオイルの圧力よりも高い圧力を有する水と接続されており、それにより、円 周状スペースは、比較的に高い圧力の水で満たされている、請求項1から8のい ずれか1項に記載の装置。 10.流路(64)が、円周状スペースと、水車のランナーブレードの圧力側 での周囲の水との間を延び、それにより、円周状スペース(65)は、ランナー ブレードの圧力側で水が有している圧力と同じ圧力(P1)を受け入れることと なる、請求項9記載の装置。 11.流路(68)が、水車の構成の中のある圧力源から、望ましくは水車シ ャフトのアクスルボックスから、水車シャフトとハブボディを経て、前記の円周 状スペースへと延びる、請求項9または10記載の装置。
