Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. hGH 20Kに1×108M-1以上の親和性を有する分子量20kDa (hGH 20K)のヒト成長ホルモン(hGH)に特異的なモノクローナル抗 体。 2. hGH 20Kに少なくとも1×109M-1、より好ましくは2×109M-1 を超える親和性を有する請求項1に記載のモノクローナル抗体。 3. 分子量22kDa(hGH 22K)のhGHと5%未満が交差反応する 請求項1または2に記載のモノクローナル抗体。 4. hGH 20Kの測定のための請求項1ないし3のいずれかのモノクロー ナル抗体の使用。 5. 体液中における測定のための請求項4に記載の使用 6. 血清中における測定のための請求項5に記載の使用 7. 複数分析アッセイにおける請求項5または6に記載の使用 8. hGH 20Kを含む調製物の精製のための請求項1ないし3のいずれか のモノクローナル抗体の使用。 9. hGH 20Kの免疫アッセイ検出および定量のための方法であって、 1) hGH 20Kを含むサンプルを本発明の抗体に接触させて、サンプル中 のhGH 20Kの量に相応する量のhGH20Kと抗体との間の複合体を形成 させる工程、 2) それ自体知られている方法で形成された複合体の量を測定し、見い出され た量をサンプル中のhGH 20Kの量に関連付ける工程 を含む方法。 10. 薬学的に許容できるキャリア物質中に請求項1ないし3のいずれかのモ ノクローナル抗体の治療有効量を含む治療組成物。 11. 請求項10に記載の組成物を投与することによりhGH 20Kの量を 減少させる必要のある患者を治療する方法。 12. 請求項1に記載のモノクローナル抗体を生成するハイブリドーマ細胞系 。
