Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.液体コークス化供給原料を上昇した温度に加熱し、ディレードコーキング 条件の下でコーキングドラムに充填し、該液体供給原料が、該供給原料を分解さ れた蒸気とコークスに転換するのに十分なその含有熱中でソーキングされ、該分 解蒸気は冷却されて液体生成物に凝縮されるところのディレードコーキング方法 において、該コーキングドラムにおける液該体供給原料の温度レベルを増大させ るのに十分な熱含量を有する非コークス化炭化水素希釈剤を該コーキングドラム に導入し、それにより該コーキングプロセスからの液体生成物を増加させ、コー クス生成物を減少させることを包含する改良。 2.コークスドラム内容物における温度上昇が少なくとも1°Fである請求項 1記載のプロセス。 3.温度上昇が少なくとも10°Fである請求項2記載のプロセス。 4.コークス化プロセスからの液体生成物の1つが、少なくとも一部がコーキ ングプロセスにリサイクルされうる重質軽油である請求項3記載のプロセス。 5.コークス化供給原料が、少なくとも一部が重質軽油の沸騰範囲より低い沸 騰範囲を有する非コークス化炭化水素希釈剤である非コークス化炭化水素希釈剤 と組み合わせられる請求項4記載のプロセス。 6.非コークス化炭化水素希釈剤の少なくとも一部がコーキングドラムからの 液体生成物の1つである請求項5記載のプロセス。 7.重質軽油が、加熱された非コークス化希釈剤の少なくとも一部を形成する ようにコーキングプロセスにリサイクルされる請求項5記載のプロセス。 8.重質軽油および非コークス化炭化水素希釈剤がコーキングプロセスへの加 熱された非コークス化炭化水素希釈剤として少なくとも一部がリサイクルされる 請求項5記載のプロセス。 9.リサイクルがコーキングプロセスにおいて用いられず、すべての加熱され た非コークス化炭化水素希釈剤がコーキングプロセス以外から得られる請求項5 記載のプロセス。 10.重質液体炭化水素油を約82°Fないし約1100°Fに加熱し、コ ーキングドラムに導入し、該液体供給原料が、約800°Fないし約1000° Fの温度および約10psigないし約200psigの圧力で、その含有熱中 でソーキングされて該供給原料を液体生成物およびコークスに転換し、該蒸気は 冷却されて実質的に液体生成物に凝縮し、該液体生成物の1つは重質軽油であり 、その少なくとも一部はプロセスにリサイクルされるディレードコーキングプロ セスにおいて、コーキングドラムにおける液体供給原料の温度を少なくとも1° F上昇させるのに十分である熱含量を提供するために加熱された非コークス化炭 化水素希釈剤を該コーキングドラムに導入し、それによりコーキングプロセスか らの液体生成物増加させ、コークス生成物減少させることを包含する改良。 11.非コークス化炭化水素希釈剤が、その少なくとも一部が、コーキングプ ロセスからの液体生成物の1つから得られる請求項10記載のプロセス。 12.非コークス化炭化水素希釈剤が、コーキングドラムにおける液体の温度 より約10°Fないし約300°F高い温度に加熱される請求項11記載のプロ セス。 13.非コークス化炭化水素希釈剤が、重質軽油の沸騰範囲より少なくとも一 部が低い沸騰範囲を有する請求項12記載のプロセス。 14.非コークス化炭化水素希釈剤の沸騰範囲が約335°Fないし約850 °Fである請求項13記載のプロセス。
