Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. アスファルテンおよび金属を含む重質炭化水素油供給原料に混合され、か つ水素化処理に付される添加剤粒子または触媒粒子の粒径をコントロールする方 法において、 重質炭化水素油供給原料と上記コークス化抑制用添加剤粒子または触媒粒子と の混合物からなるスラリー供給原料を、水素ガスの存在下に閉じた垂直水素化処 理域内を上方に送り、 水素化処理域の頂部から、水素と炭化水素蒸気とを含んでなるガス相および重 質炭化水素を含んでなる液相を含む流出混合物を取り出し、 取り出した流出混合物を、分離器内を通過させ、 分離器の頂部から、水素と炭化水素蒸気とを含んでなるガス流を回収し、 分離器の底部から、重質炭化水素とコーキング抑制用添加剤粒子または触媒粒 子とを含んでなる液流を回収し、 重質炭化水素と上記粒子とを含んでなる液流の少なくとも一部を、再循環し、 水素化処理域に、芳香族油を、上記粒子の表面へのアスファルテンの吸着並び に上記粒子のその後の凝集を実質的に抑制するのに十分な量で添加する ことを特徴とする方法。 2. 芳香族油は、約400℃を越える沸点を有する請求項1記載の方法。 3. 芳香族油は、流動床接触分解器からのデカントオイルである請求項1記載 の方法。 4. 芳香族油は、分離器からの液流の分別によって得られた重質炭化水素油の 再循環流である請求項2記載の方法。 5. 芳香族油は、水素化処理域への供給原料の約15〜50重量%を構成する請求 項2記載の方法。 6. 添加した前記粒子の粒径は、1000μmまでである請求項5記載の方法。 7. 添加した前記粒子の粒径は、100μm未満である請求項5記載の方法。 8. 前記粒子は、水素化処理の間に金属硫化物を形成する金属または金属硫化 物としての金属を含む請求項5記載の方法。 9. 水素化処理域は、温度約350〜600℃および圧力約3.5〜24MPaで操作する請 求項5記載の方法。
