Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ヒトホストの血管系の機能と構造を改善する方法において使用するための組 成物であって、前記方法が 血管系における内在性NOのレベルを高めるために自然食品源以外のものと して及び補充食としてL−リシン源の予防投与量を所定の用法に従って前記ホ ストに経口投与して血管機能を改善する段階 を含む、前記組成物。 2. 前記投与が、少なくとも10重量%のL−リシン、及び合計重量で少なくと も50%のL−リシンとL−アルギニンのアミノ酸、前記アミノ酸を少なくと も約40モル%含むポリペプチド、又はその生理的に許容しうる塩を含む、請 求項1記載の組成物。 3. 前記ポリペプチドがL−アルギニンとL−リシンのオリゴペプチドである、 請求項2記載の組成物。 4. 前記投与がL−アルギニンを含む、請求項2記載の組成物。 5. 前記投与が1日0.5〜25gの範囲の1日量で投与される、請求項4記載 の組成物。 6. 前記投与がカルシウム、アミノ酸吸収促進化合物、NOシンターゼ活性の補 助因子、又は酸化防止剤の少なくとも1種を前記L−リシンの予防作用を増強 するのに十分な量で含む、請求項1記載の組成物。 7. 前記投与が錠剤、カプセル剤又は散剤として投与される、請求項1〜6のい ずれかに記載の組成物。 8. 前記投与が加工した固形食晶、補充食又は液体として投与される、請求項1 〜6のいずれかに記載の組成物。 9. L−リシンが少なくとも10重量%であるL−リシンとL−アルギニン、又 はその生理的に許容しうる塩を約0.5〜25g、及びカルシウム、葉酸塩、B 6又はB12の少なくとも1種をヒトホストにおいてNO量を増大させるときに 前記L−アルギニン、L−リシン又はその生理的に許容しうる塩の作用を増強 させるのに十分な量で含む生理的に許容しうる製剤。 10.血管系の損傷部位における血管平滑筋細胞の増殖を抑制する方法において使 用するための組成物であって、前記方法が 有効量のL−アルギニン、L−リシン又はその生理的に許容しうる塩の少な くとも1種、及び10重量%以上の量のL−リシン又はその生理的に許容しう る塩を前記部位に投与してNOの生成を促進させる段階 を含み、よって血管平滑筋細胞の増殖が抑制される、前記組成物。 11.前記損傷が血管形成術の結果としてのものである、請求項10記載の組成物。 12.血管形成術又はアテローム切除術による損傷に起因する再狭窄の確率を低下 させる方法において使用するための組成物であって、前記方法が 酸化窒素前駆物質を、前記損傷の近位細胞の酸化窒素生成の量を増大させる ときに及びそのような量で前記損傷の部位の近位壁内に導入する段階 を含み、よって再狭窄の出現率低下が生じる、前記組成物。 13.前記酸化窒素前駆物質が、L−アルギニン、L−リシン又はL−アルギニン 及びL−リシンの少なくとも1種を含むオリゴペプチドの少なくとも1種であ る、請求項12記載の組成物。 14.前記時間が前記損傷のときでありかつ4週間後より遅くないときである、請 求項12記載の方法。
