- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 下記工程(a)〜(c)を含む、選択された皮膚領域の脱毛方法。 (a)光感作剤を含むリポソーム組成物を選択された皮膚領域に適用して 組成物を皮膚領域の毛包管に導入し、該光感作剤は組成物中に、皮膚に浸透し、 光感作剤を活性化するのに適当な波長、エネルギーおよび期間の光を皮膚領域に 適用する際に、反応を起こし毛包を傷つける有効量が存在する、 (b)毛包管に導入されない前記リポソーム組成物の実質的に全てを前記 皮膚領域から除去する、および (c)皮膚に浸透し、前記光感作剤が毛包を傷つける反応を起こすのに適 当な波長、エネルギーおよび期間の光を前記皮膚領域に適用する。 2. 前記光感作剤が、フタロシアニン、ポルフィリン、プルプリン、ソラレン 、ベルガプテン、アンゲリシン、クロリンおよびフラビンからなる群より選択さ れる、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3. 前記光感作剤がフタロシアニンである、請求の範囲第2項に記載の方法。 4. 前記フタロシアニンが、アルミニウム、ゲルマニウム、ガリウム、スズま たはケイ素フタロシアニン;スルホン化アルミニウム、ゲルマニウム、ガリウム 、スズまたはケイ素フタロシアニン;またはニトロ化アルミニウム、ゲルマニウ ム、ガリウム、スズまたはケイ素フタロシアニンである、請求の範囲第3項に記 載の方法。 5. 前記フタロシアニンがスルホン化アルミニウムフタロシアニンである、請 求の範囲第4項に記載の方法。 6. 前記スルホン化アルミニウムフタロシアニンがアルミニウムテトラスルホ フタロシアニンまたはアルミニウムジスルホフタロシアニンである、請求の範囲 第5項に記載の方法。 7. 前記フタロシアニンがケイ素フタロシアニンである、請求の範囲第4項に 記載の方法。 8. 前記ケイ素フタロシアニンがヒドロキシシロキシジメチルプロピル−N− ジメチルケイ素フタロシアニンである、請求の範囲第7項に記載の方法。 9. 適用される前記フタロシアニンの有効量が皮膚領域1cm2当たり約5μ g〜約20μgである、請求の範囲第3項に記載の方法。 10. 適用される前記フタロシアニンの有効量が皮膚領域1cm2当たり約7 μg〜約14μgである、請求の範囲第3項に記載の方法。 11. 前記光が、約5分間〜約6時間、約500〜約900nmの波長で、皮 膚領域1cm2当たり約200〜約800Jのエネルギーで適用される、請求の 範囲第3項に記載の方法。 12. 前記光が、約5分間〜約6時間、約600〜約700nmの波長で、皮 膚領域1cm2当たり約200〜約800Jのエネルギーで適用される、請求の 範囲第3項に記載の方法。 13. 前記光が、約5分間〜約6時間、約500〜約900nmの波長で、皮 膚領域1cm2当たり約400〜約600Jのエネルギーで適用される、請求の 範囲第3項に記載の方法。 14. 前記光が、約5分間〜約6時間、約600〜約700nmの波長で、皮 膚領域1cm2当たり約400〜約600Jのエネルギーで適用される、請求の 範囲第3項に記載の方法。 15. 前記光が、約5分間〜約2時間、前記フタロシアニンの最大吸収に対応 する特異的波長で、皮膚領域1cm2当たり約20〜約90Jのエネルギーで適 用される、請求の範囲第3項に記載の方法。 16. 前記光が、約5〜約45分間、前記フタロシアニンの最大吸収に対応す る特異的波長で、皮膚領域1cm2当たり約40〜約80Jのエネルギーで適用 される、請求の範囲第3項に記載の方法。 17. 組成物を毛包管に導入して皮膚に浸透し光感作剤を活性化するために適 当な波長、エネルギーおよび期間の光を適用する際に、毛包を傷つける反応を起 こすのに有効量の光感作剤を含む、リポソーム組成物。 18. 前記光感作剤が、フタロシアニン、ポルフィリン、プルプリン、ソラレ ン、ベルガプテン、アンゲリシン、クロリンおよびフラビンよりなる群から選択 される、請求の範囲第17項に記載の組成物。 19. 前記光感作剤がフタロシアニンである、請求の範囲第18項に記載の組 成物。 20. 前記フタロシアニンが、アルミニウム、ゲルマニウム、ガリウム、スズ またはケイ素フタロシアニン;スルホン化アルミニウム、ゲルマニウム、ガリウ ム、スズまたはケイ素フタロシアニン;またはニトロ化アルミニウム、ゲルマニ ウム、ガリウム、スズまたはケイ素フタロシアニンである、請求の範囲第19項 に記載の組成物。 21. 前記フタロシアニンがスルホン化アルミニウムフタロシアニンである、 請求の範囲第20項に記載の組成物。 22. 前記スルホン化アルミニウムフタロシアニンがアルミニウムテトラスル ホフタロシアニンまたはアルミニウムジスルホフタロシアニンである、請求の範 囲第21項に記載の組成物。 23. 前記フタロシアニンがケイ素フタロシアニンである、請求の範囲第20 項に記載の組成物。 24. 前記ケイ素フタロシアニンがヒドロキシシロキシジメチルプロピル−N −ジメチルケイ素フタロシアニンである、請求の範囲第23項に記載の組成物。 25. 組成物中の前記フタロシアニンの有効量が組成物1ml当たり該フタロ シアニン約50〜約200μgである、請求の範囲第19項に記載の組成物。 26. 組成物中の前記フタロシアニンの有効量が組成物1ml当たり該フタロ シアニン約70〜約140μgである、請求の範囲第19項に記載の組成物。 27. さらに薬学的に許容される局所用の担体を含む、請求の範囲第17項に 記載の組成物。
