Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.トランスポンダ爆弾(10)と、この爆弾(10)を発射する発射航空機(30)とを具 備し、 トランスポンダ爆弾(10)は、 照射信号(35)を受信し、この照射信号を周波数シフトし、周波数シフトされ た照射信号をターゲットに再送信し、この周波数シフトされた照射信号がその信 号パターンの中心にナルを有しているトランスポンダ手段(28)と、 誘導補正信号(32)を受信するためのデータリンク(17)と、 データリンク(17)に結合され、誘導補正信号(32)を処理して爆弾(10)を誘導 するための制御信号を生成するためのプロセッサ(21)と、 プロセッサに結合され、このプロセッサにより生成された制御信号に応答し て爆弾をターゲット方向に誘導するための舵翼操作手段(25)とを具備し、 発射航空機(30)は、 発射された爆弾(10)とターゲット(36)とに送信される照射信号(35)を発生す るためのレーダ(31)と、 レーダによって送信された照射信号(35)から得られ、またトランスポンダ爆 弾によって再送信された周波数シフトされた照射信号から得られたターゲット(3 6)からの反射信号を処理して、誘導補正信号(32)を計算する受信手段(31a)とを 具備し、 この誘導補正信号(32)が爆弾に送信され、それによってターゲットに対する その弾道下降軌道を補正するように処理されることを特徴とする爆弾(10)をター ゲット(36)に誘導する兵器システム(20)。 2.トランスポンダ手段(28)は、 受信アンテナ(12)と、 受信アンテナに結合された第1の入力を有するミキサ回路(15)と、 ミキサ回路の第2の入力に結合された周波数源(16)と、 ミキサ回路の出力に結合された探索アンテナ(22)を有しているRF探索装置(2 3)とを具備していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の兵器システム(20)。 3.さらに、トランスポンダ爆弾(10)は、第1の増幅器(13)および受信アンテナ (12)とミキサ回路(15)の第1の入力との間に結合されている第1のバンドパスフ ィルタ(14)を具備していることを特徴とする請求項2記載の兵器システム(20)。 4.さらに、トランスポンダ爆弾(10)は、第2のバンドパスフィルタ(18)および ミキサ回路の出力と探索アンテナ(22)との間に結合されている第2の増幅器(19) を具備していることを特徴とする請求項3記載の兵器システム(20)。 5.さらに、トランスポンダ爆弾(10)は、爆弾(10)の選択された素子に電力を供 給するための電池(24)を具備していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の兵器シス テム(20)。 6.射撃制御レーダ(31)は、Xバンド合成開口レーダ(31)であることを特徴とす る請求項1記載の兵器システム(20)。 7.発射航空機(30)から爆弾(10)を発射し(41)、 合成開口レーダ(31)を使用して照射波形(35)を発生し(42)、 爆弾(10)およびターゲット(36)に向けて照射波形(35)をファンビームパターン (34)として送信し(43)、 爆弾(10)において照射信号(35)を受信し(44)、 受信された照射信号(35)を周波数シフトし(46)、 周波数シフトされた照射信号(35)を爆弾(10)からターゲット(36)に再送信し(4 7)、 照射波形(35)の直接的なモノスタティックエコーと、シフトされた周波数での 再送信された照射信号(35)のバイスタティックエコーとをレーダ(31)で受信し(4 8)、 バイスタティック映像を形成するようにバイスタティック信号を処理し(49)、 バイスタティック映像におけるナルの位置を決定し(51)、 誘導補正信号(32)を発生し(52)、 誘導補正信号(32)を爆弾(10)に送信し(53)、 爆弾(10)の弾道下降軌道を補正する制御信号を発生するように爆弾(10)におい て誘導補正信号(32)を処理する(54)ステップを含んでいることを特徴とするレー ダ(31)を有する発射航空機(30)からターゲット(36)に爆弾(10)を誘導する方法(4 0)。 8.周波数シフトされた照射信号(35)を再送信するステップ(47)は、 和パターンとファンネル差パターンとの間を交互に変化する周波数シフトされ た照射信号(35)を再送信するステップ(47)を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項 7記載の方法(40)。 9.バイスタティック信号を処理するステップ(49)は、 バイスタティック周波数シフトに整合するようにレーダ(31)の発振器信号をシ フトするステップ(49a)を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項7記載の方法(4 0)。 10.バイスタティック信号を処理するステップ(49)は、 偽信号を生ぜずにモノスタティック信号およびバイスタティック信号の両者を 処理するのに十分高いサンプリング速度でバイスタティック信号をデジタル化し 、それによってモノスタティック映像およびバイスタティック映像の同時形成を 可能にするステップ(49b)を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項7記載の方法 (40)。
