Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. a)圧力測定セル(5)が内部に配置されているハウジング(3)を有し、そ の圧力測定セルにハウジングの供給開口(15)を経て圧力媒体を導入可能であ り、かつ圧力測定セルがハウジング内部から外側に案内された外部の接続接点( 35)を備え、 b)圧力測定セル(5)は測定セル・ハウジング(9)を含んでおり、圧力媒 体の作用を受けることが可能な圧力センサ(19)がその測定セル・ハウジング 内部に、又はこれと接して配置され、 c)圧力センサ(19)の電気接点が電子配線(25)又は電子回路の外部の 接続接点(35)又は接続部(23)と連結されている形式の、特に自動車技術 用の圧力センサ・ユニットにおいて、 c)測定セル・ハウジング(9)は、少なくとも2つの導電体(21)が内部 に突出成形されたプラスチックの成形構成部分であり、 d)導電体(21)がそれぞれ少なくとも1つの第1の接点端末と共に圧力セ ンサ(19)を収容する領域内に突出し、かつ圧力センサ(19)の電気接続部 とそれぞれ連結されており、 e)導電体(21)のそれぞれの少なくとも1つの第2の接点端末が測定セル ・ハウジングの圧力媒体、又は圧力伝達媒体によって作用を受けない領域内に突 起し、かつ電子配線又は電子回路の外部の接続接点(35)又は接続部(23) と連結されており、 f)圧力の作用方向に関して、測定セル・ハウジング(9)の圧力を受ける側 とは逆の側においてハウジング(3)内に固定された好適には金属製の補強板( 39)を備えたことを特徴とする圧力センサ・ユニット。 2.導電体(21)を打ち抜き格子として形成したことを特徴とする請求の範囲 1に記載の圧力センサ・ユニット。 3.圧力センサ(19)を半導体チップ上に形成したことを特徴とする請求の範 囲1又は2に記載の圧力センサ・ユニット。 4.半導体チップ上に処理及び評価用の電子部品の少なくとも一部を配置したこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲3に記載の圧力センサ・ユニット。 5.打ち抜き格子の少なくとも1つの第1の接点端末を圧力センサ(19)の対 応する接続部と接着により連結したことを特徴とする請求の範囲2から4の1つ に記載の圧力センサ・ユニット。 6.導電体(21)の第2の接点端末を、電子配意線(25)又は電子回路用の 機械的支持体として形成したことを特徴とする前記請求の範囲の1つに記載の圧 力センサ・ユニット。 7.導電体(21)の第2の接点端末を、導電体の対応する接点端末を、差し込 み接点又は刃先接点を形成し、電子配線(25)又は電子回路に備えられた対向 する要素(23)を形成する差し込み接点又は刃先接点と相互に作用することを 特徴とする前記請求の範囲の1つに記載の圧力センサ・ユニット。 8.圧力センサ(19)を測定セル・ハウジング(9)の壁にじかに接着するこ とを特徴とする前記請求の範囲の1つに記載の圧力センサ・ユニット。 9.圧力センサ(19)を測定セル・ハウジングに接して、又はその内部に備え られた、好適にはセラミック製のデカップリング素子(47)の表面上に取付け たことを特徴とする請求の範囲1から8の1つに記載の圧力センサ・ユニット。 10.デカップリング素子(47)を測定セル・ハウジング(9)内に射出成形 したことを特徴とする請求の範囲9に記載の圧力センサ・ユニット。 11.補強板(39)を測定セル・ハウジング(9)に接して、又はその内部に 射出成形したことを特徴とする請求の範囲10に記載の圧力センサ・ユニット。
