Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.a)基端部及び末端部を有する導電性中空外側部材と、 b)少なくとも一部分が絶縁被覆によって覆われており且つ前記中空外側部材 を通って延びる、基端部及び末端部を有する導電性内側制御部材と、 c)末端縁を有し、前記中空外側部材及び前記内側制御部材の一方の前記末端 部に電気的且つ機械的に結合され、実質的に非導電性の内側面と少なくとも幾つ かの領域で導電性になっている外側面を有している、部分的に導電性の筒と、 d)ベース部材と、前記ベース部材から末端方向に延びる一対の弾性アームと を備える導電性顎部組立体であって、前記各弾性アームが顎部で終わっており、 前記ベース部材が前記中空外側部材と前記内側制御部材の他方の前記末端部に電 気的且つ機械的に結合されている導電性顎部組立体と、 e)両極性焼灼電源の一方の極を前記中空外側部材に結合し且つ前記両極性焼 灼電源の他方の極を前記内側制御部材に結合するための電気結合手段を備え、前 記中空外側部材と前記内側制御部材の一方を前記中空外側部材と前記内側制御部 材の他方に対して軸線方向に変位させ、前記筒が前記一対の弾性アームの周りに 延在して前記顎部を閉じるようにさせるための、前記中空外側部材の前記基端部 及び前記内側制御部材の前記基端部に結合されている作動手段とを備え、 前記電気結合手段に加えられる焼灼電流が焼灼される組織を介して前記顎部組 立体と前記筒の前記導電性領域の間に流れるようにした内視鏡両極性生検鉗子。 2.前記中空外側部材は内孔を有する可撓性コイルであり、前記 内側制御部材は可撓性制御ワイヤである、請求項1に記載の内視鏡両極性生検鉗 子。 3.前記手動作動手段は、 i)末端穴と、基端親指リングと、中央スロットとを有するシャフトと、 ii)前記中央スロットを貫通して延びる横部材を有する変位可能なスプールと を備える、請求項1に記載の内視鏡両極性生検鉗子。 4.前記中空外側部材の前記基端部が前記シャフトに結合されており、前記内 側制御部材の前記基端部が前記スプールに結合されている、請求項3に記載の内 視鏡両極性生検鉗子。 5.前記筒が前記内側制御部材の前記末端部に結合されており、前記顎部組立 体の前記ベース部材が前記外側中空部材の前記末端部に結合されている、請求項 1に記載の内視鏡両極性生検鉗子。 6.前記筒が前記中空外側部材の前記末端部に結合されており、前記顎部組立 体の前記ベース部材が前記内側制御部材の前記末端部に結合されている、請求項 1に記載の内視鏡両極性生検鉗子。 7.前記筒が半径方向の穴を有し、前記制御部材の前記末端部が曲げられて前 記半径方向の穴に結合され、前記筒の前記導電性領域は前記半径方向の穴に隣接 する領域を含んでいる、請求項5に記載の内視鏡両極性生検鉗子。 8.前記ベース部材が半径方向の穴を有し、前記制御部材の前記末端部が曲げ られて前記半径方向の穴に結合されている、請求項6に記載の内視鏡両極性生検 鉗子。 9.前記筒の前記導電性領域は前記中空外側部材の前記末端部に隣接する領域 を含んでいる、請求項6に記載の内視鏡両極性生検鉗子。 10.前記筒の前記導電性領域は、前記末端縁に隣接するリング と、前記リングから前記半径方向の穴までの縞を含んでいる、請求項7に記載の 内視鏡両極性生検鉗子。 11.前記筒の前記導電性領域は前記末端縁に隣接する第一領域と前記第一領 域から基部方向へ延びる第二領域とを含んでいる、請求項9に記載の内視鏡両極 性生検鉗子。 12.前記筒の前記導電性領域は前記筒の基部端縁に前記中空外側部材と接触 する第三領域を含んでいる、請求項11に記載の内視鏡両極性生検鉗子。 13.前記第一領域はリングであり、前記第二領域は縞である、請求項11に 記載の内視鏡両極性生検鉗子。 14.前記筒は非導電性セラミックであり、前記導電性領域は前記非導電性セ ラミック上の導電性の線である、請求項1に記載の内視鏡両極性生検鉗子。 15.前記導電性の線が金属溶射によって形成される、請求項14に記載の内 視鏡両極性生検鉗子。 16.前記筒は前記外部面上に導電性領域を有する陽極酸化されたアルミニウ ムである、請求項1に記載の内視鏡両極性生検鉗子。 17.前記導電性領域は前記筒を陽極酸化する前に前記筒を覆い隠すことによ って形成される非陽極酸化領域である、請求項16に記載の内視鏡両極性生検鉗 子。
