Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.機械的押圧によって材料を押圧するための方法であって、前記機械的押圧 の段階が、前記材料(21)が超音波周波数で振動させられる段階と結び付くこ とを特徴とする材料を押圧するための方法。 2.前記超音波振動段階が、前記機械的押圧段階と同時に実施されることを特 徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 3.前記機械的押圧段階と前記超音波振動段階とが同じアクチュエータによっ て実施されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 4.前記アクチュエータが、超音波を発生させる手段(3)と接続されて前記 材料のための容器(2)の内側で摺動できるように取り付けられている圧力要素 (1)を具備することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。 5.植物系が有するジュースを搾り出すために、植物系の材料に適用されるこ とができることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 6.大気温度でさらなる加熱なしで実施されることができることを特徴とする 請求項5に記載の方法。 7.動物系が有するジュースを搾り出すために、動物系の材料に適用されるこ とができることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 8.大気温度でさらなる加熱なしで実施されることができることを特徴とする 請求項7に記載の方法。 9.塑性変形を受ける材料(21)に適用されることができることを特徴とす る請求項1に記載の方法。 10.前記材料がペレットにされることができることを特徴とする請求項9に 記載の方法。 11.前記材料が動物の食料、食物補給物及び温度に敏感な薬の範疇に属する ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。 12.超音波を発生させる手段(3)と接続されて押圧された前記材料(21 )の容器(2)の内側において摺動できるように取り付けられている少なくとも 一つの圧力要素(1)を具備することを特徴とする装置。 13.前記容器(2)が前記材料を供給するためのホッパ(4)と相互接続さ れることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。 14.前記供給ホッパ(4)が計量弁(5)を具備することを特徴とする請求 項13に記載の装置。 15.前記材料から搾り出されたジュースを出すための前記容器(2)へ取り 付けられた手段を具備することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。 16.前記容器(2)が、押圧の後に前記材料を取り除くために開放されるこ とができる壁(6)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。 17.前記材料(21)が塑性変形特性を有する装置であって、前記容器(2 )が、前記圧力要素(1)によって押圧された押圧された材料(21)のロッド を生成する穴を有する端壁(6)を具備することを特徴とする請求項12に記載 の装置。 18.前記端壁(6)が、前記ロッド(26)が前記端壁(6)を通り押圧さ れて出る時に、前記ロッド(26)をペレット形状に切断するための手段(25 )を備えていることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の装置。
