Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.複数の送出し注入器を具備する流体送出し装置であって、各送出し注入器 が流体出口を有する管状通路を区画形成する注入器ハウジングと管状通路の内部 を軸方向に摺動し管状通路の一端をシールするよう配設された注入器プランジャ とを具備し、流体送出し装置はさらに注入器プランジャを管状通路の長さの少な くとも一部に沿って送出し注入器の所定の速度線図にしたがって駆動し流体を流 体出口を通って放出するよう配設された注入器プランジャ駆動手段を具備し、各 送出し注入器の所定の速度線図が、使用時複数の送出し注入器の出口から同時に 放出される流体の組合わされた流量が複数のプランジャの運動の範囲の少なくと も一部にわたって実質的に一定に保たれるようになっている、流体送出し装置。 2.注入器プランジャ駆動手段が回転可能なカムとカム従動子とを具備し、カ ム従動子が注入器プランジャに連結されカムが回転されるにつれて注入器プラン ジャを駆動するようにしている請求項1に記載の流体送出し装置。 3.カムがプレートの一方の面に形成されたカム溝を有するプレートを具備し 、カム溝が送出し注入器と関連した所定の速度線図にしたがって形成されている 請求項2に記載の流体送出し装置。 4.カム従動子がカム溝の内部に位置するよう配設されたローラ型の従動子で ある請求項3に記載の流体送出し装置。 5.カムが往復運型のカムである請求項2から4のうちのいずれかに記載の流 体送出し装置。 6.カム溝が、カムが一方の方向に回転された時カム従動子がカム溝の一方の 側面に当接し反対方向に回転された時カム従動子がカム溝の反対側の側面に当接 するように配設され、カム溝の両側面に は異なる形状の溝が設けられている請求項3から5のうちのいずれかに記載の流 体送出し装置。 7.カムプレートが固定された水平シャフトにその中心が回転可能に支持され 、カムプレートが軸受上の固定されたシャフトの周りに回転するようにしている 請求項2から6のうちのいずれかに記載の流体送出し装置。 8.カム従動子が注入器プランジャに連結される駆動ブロックに連結され、駆 動ブロックが一対の支持案内シャフトに沿って垂直方向に自由に摺動するように している請求項2から7のうちのいずれかに記載の流体送出し装置。 9.第2の所定の速度線図を区画形成する第2のカム溝がカムプレートの反対 側の面に形成され、それ自体の駆動ブロックと対の案内シャフトとに連結された 第2のカム従動子が第2の送出し注入器の注入器プランジャを駆動するよう配設 されている請求項3から8のうちのいずれかに記載の流体送出し装置。 10.カムプレートが円形でありカム縁の周りの駆動ベルトにより回転される請 求項2から9のうちのいずれかに記載の流体送出し装置。 11.駆動ベルトが一定速度のモーターに連結されている請求項10に記載の流体 送出し装置。 12.カムプレートには光学センサにより検出することのできる多数のタイミン グ刻み目が設けられている請求項2から11のうちのいずれかに記載の流体送出し 装置。 13.前記各請求項のうちのいずれかに記載の装置を用いる血球特性の試験方法 であって、第1の送出し注入器に収容されている血球標本が放出され多数の他の 送出し注入器から放出された希釈液と混合される血球特性の試験方法。 14.2つの送出し注入器のみが用いられ、血球標本が第1の希釈液と予め混合 され第1の送出し注入器に供給する第1の流体源を形成し、第2の希釈液が第2 の送出し注入器に供給する他の流体源を形成する請求項13に記載の方法。
