Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.染色された布帛において強度の損失が少いまますりへった外観を供するた めの方法であって、 (a)水性媒体中で、布帛1g当り0.01〜250 μgの酵素タンパク質に相当す る濃度のセルラーゼと、染色された布帛を接触させるステップと、 (b)同時に又は次に、前記布帛をフェノール酸素酵素システム及び増強剤で 処理するステップであって、ここで該増強剤は、式I: 〔式中、Aは、−D,−CH=CH−D,−CH=CH−CH=CH−D,−CH=N−D, −N=N−D、又は−N=CH−D(式中、Dは−CO−E,−SO2−E,−N−XY 、及び−N+−XYZ(式中、Eは−H,−OH,−R,又は−ORであり得、そしてX ,Y及びZは同一であっても異なってもよくそして−H及び−Rから選択され得 、ここでRはC1−C16アルキル、好ましくはC1−C8アルキルであり、ここで アルキルは飽和又は不飽和の分枝又は非分枝鎖であり、カルボキシ、スルホ又は アミノ基で任意に置換される)からなる群から選択される)のような基であり; そしてB及びCは同じであっても異なってもよくそしてCmH2m+1(1≦m≦5 )から選択され得る〕により、又は 式II: 〔式中、Xは、(−O−)又は(−S−)を示し、そして同一であっても異な ってもよい置換基R1−R9は、独立して、次の基:水素、ハロゲン、ヒドロキシ 、ホルミル、カルボキシ、並びにそれらのエステル及び塩、カルバモイル、スル ホ、並びにそれらのエステル及び塩、スルファモイル、ニトロ、アミノ、フェニ ル、C1−C14−アルキル、C1−C5アルコキシ、カルボニル−C1−C5アルキ ル、アリール−C1−C5アルキル(ここで、カルバモイル、スルファモイル、及 びアミノ基は更に、置換されなくても置換基R10で1回又は2回置換されてもよ く;そしてフェニルは更に、置換されなくても1又は複数の置換基R10で置換さ れてもよく;そしてC1−C14−アルキル、C1−C5アルコキシ、カルボニル− C1−C5−アルキル、及びアリール−C1−C5−アルキル基は飽和又は不飽和の 分枝又は非分枝鎖であり得、そして更に、置換されなくても1又は複数の置換基 R10で置換されてもよい)のいずれかを示し、 そして置換基R10は次の基:ハロゲン、ヒドロキシ、ホルミル、カルボキシ並 びにそれらのエステル及び塩、カルバモイル、スルホ並びにそれらのエステル及 び塩、スルファモイル、ニトロ、アミノ、フェニル、アミノアルキル、ピペリジ ノ、ピペラジニル、ピロリジノ、C1−C5−アルキル、C1−C5アルコキシ(こ こで、カルバモイル、スルファモイル、及びアミノ基は、更に、置換されなくて もヒドロキシ、C1−C5−アルキル、C1−C5−アルコキシで1回又は2回、置 換されてもよく;そしてフェニルは、更に、 1又は複数の次の基:ハロゲン、ヒドロキシ、アミノ、ホルミル、カルボキシ並 びにそれらのエステル及び塩、カルバモイル、スルホ並びにそれらのエステル及 び塩、並びにスルファモイルで置換されてもよく;そしてC1−C5−アルキル、 及びC1−C5−アルコキシ基は、更に、飽和又は不飽和の分枝又は非分枝鎖であ り得、そして更に、次の基:ハロゲン、ヒドロキシ、アミノ、ホルミル、カルボ キシ並びにそれらのエステル及び塩、カルバモイル、スルホ並びにそれらのエス テル及び塩、並びにスルファモイルのいずれかで1回又は2回、置換され得る) のいずれかを示し、 又は置換基R1〜R9のうち2つの式が、一緒に、基−B−(式中、Bは、次の 基:(−CHR10−N=N−)、(−CH=CH−) n、(−CH=N−)n又は(−N=C R10−NR11−)のいずれかを示し、ここでnは1〜3の整数を示し、R10は先に 記載されるのと同じ置換基であり、そしてR11はR10と同じ定義である)を形成 し得る〕により示され得るステップと、 を含む方法。 2.前記布帛が、建染染料で染色されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方 法。 3.前記建染染料がインジゴ又はチオインジゴであることを特徴とする請求項 2に記載の方法。 4.前記布帛が、セルロース布帛又はセルロース繊維の混合物もしくはセルロ ース繊維及び合成繊維の混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか に記載の方法。 5.前記布帛がデニム、好ましくはインジゴ又はチオインジゴで染色されたデ ニムであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。 6.前記セルラーゼが、ヒュミコラ(Humicola)、例えばヒュミ コラ・インソレンス(Humicola insolens)、フサリウム(Fusarium)、例えばフ サリウム・オキシスポルム(Fusarium oxysporum)、マイセリオフトーラ(Myce liophthora )、例えばマイセリオフトーラ・サーモフィラ(Myceliophthora the rmophila )、又はセファロスポリウム種(Cephalosporium sp.)から得ることが できることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 7.前記セルラーゼの濃度が、布帛1g当り0.5〜50μgの酵素タンパク質に 相当することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 8.前記フェノール酸化酵素システムがペルオキシダーゼ及び過酸化水素源で あることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 9.前記ペルオキシダーゼが、セイヨウワサビペルオキシダーゼ、ダイズペル オキシダーゼ、又はコプリヌス(Coprinus)、例えばC.シネレウス(C .ciner eus )もしくはC.マクロリズス(C .macrorhizus)から、もしくはバチルス(B acillus )、例えばB.プミルス(B .pumilus)、もしくはマイキソコッカス(M yxococcus )、例えばM.ビレセンス(M .virescens)から得ることができるペ ルオキシダーゼ酵素であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 10.前記過酸化水素源が、過酸化水素もしくは過酸化水素前駆体、例えばペル ボレートもしくはペルカーボネート、もしくは過酸化水素発生酵素システム、例 えばオキシダーゼ及びその基質、又はペルオキシカルボン酸もしくはその塩であ ることを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の方法。 11.前記水性媒体が、 0.001〜25mMのH2O2に相当する濃度において、H2O2又は H2O2のための前駆体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方 法。 12.前記フェノール酸化酵素システムが、酸素を伴う、ラッカーゼ又はラッカ ーゼ関連酵素であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載 の方法。 13.前記ラッカーゼが、トラメーテス(Trametes)、例えばトラメーテス・ビ ロサ(Trametes villosa)、コプリヌス(Coprinus)、例えばコプリヌス・シネ レウス(Coprinus cinereus)、又はマイセリオフトーラ(Myceliophthora)、例 えばマイセリオフトーラ・サーモフィラ(Myceliophthora thermophila)から得 ることができることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。 14.前記フェノール酸化酵素の濃度が、布帛1g当りO.01〜250μgの酵素タ ンパク質、特に布帛1g当り 0.5〜50μgの酵素タンパク質に相当することを特 徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の方法。 15.前記増強剤が、アセトシリンゴン、シリングアルデヒド、メチルシリンゲ ート及びシリンギン酸(syringic acid)からなる群に属することを特徴とする請 求項1に記載の方法。 16.前記増強剤が、10−メチル−フェノチアジン、フェノチアジン−10−プロ ピオン酸、フェノキサジン−10−プロピオン酸、フェノキサジン−10−ヒドロキ シエチル、フェノチアジン−10−エチル−4−カルボキシ、プロマジンヒドロク ロライド及びフェノチアジン−10−エチルアルコールからなる群に属することを 特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 17.前記水性媒体中の増強剤が、デニム1g当り0.05〜500 μモル、好ましく はデニム1g当り0.05〜100 μモルの濃度で存在することを特徴とする請求項1 〜16のいずれかに記載の方法。 18.請求項1に記載の方法により得ることができる布帛。
