Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 受け面上に凝固可能な材料を堆積配置することにより、所定の有孔度を有 し物品の一部に前記凝固可能な材料が存在しない部分を含む三次元的な物品を製 造する方法にして、 所定の大きさ及び形状の三次元的な物品が形成されるよう所定のパターンにて 移動されるディスペンサより受け面上に凝固可能な材料を供給する工程であって 、前記材料の供給は前記材料を順次堆積して所望の物品を形成するよう制御され る工程と、 前記材料を複数の互いに隣接する要素として堆積配置する工程であって、前記 要素はそれらの間に流体ポケットが形成されるよう堆積配置される工程と、 形成される物品に所定の有孔度を与えるよう前記材料の供給速度を調節する工 程と、 を含んでいることを特徴とする方法。 2. 前記流体ポケットは空気にて充填されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載 の方法。 3. 前記ディスペンサはノズルであり、前記材料は加圧供給源より流体の状態 にて前記ノズルへ供給され、前記材料は前記要素を郭定する連続的なビードの形 態にて前記ノズルより押し出されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 4. 前記ビードは実質的に断面楕円形であることを特徴 とする請求項3に記載の方法。 5. 前記加圧供給源は前記物品に1〜9%の有孔度を与えるよう調節されるこ とを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。 6. 前記加圧供給源は前記物品に実質的に5%の有孔度を与えるよう調節され ることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。 7. 前記ディスペンサはインクジェット型の小滴ディスペンサであり、前記材 料は前記要素を郭定する小滴の形態にて堆積配置されることを特徴とする請求項 1に記載の方法。 8. 前記小滴の堆積配置は前記物品に2〜28%の有孔度を与えるよう制御さ れることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 9. 前記小滴の堆積配置は前記物品に実質的に14%の有孔度を与えるよう制 御されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。 10. 堆積配置される際の前記小滴は実質的に球形であることを特徴とする請 求項7に記載の方法。 11. 前記材料は前記加圧供給源を含む定容積型ポンプより前記ノズルへ供給 されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。 12. 前記ビードが上下方向及び水平方向に互いに隣接し垂直断面が実質的に 矩形の列になるよう水平方向に連続 的な層状に前記ビード要素が堆積配置されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の 方法。 13. 前記ビードが上下方向及び水平方向に互いに隣接し垂直断面が実質的に 六角形の列になるよう水平方向に連続的な層状に前記ビード要素が堆積配置され ることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。 14. 前記ビード要素が相互にずれて所定の最小の有孔度を与えるよう水平方 向に連続的な層状に前記ビード要素が堆積配置されることを特徴とする請求項3 に記載の方法。 15. 前記所定の最小の有孔度は実質的に1%であることを特徴とする請求項 14に記載の方法。 16. 前記供給速度は1〜20%の有孔度を与えるよう調節されることを特徴 とする請求項1に記載の方法。
