2. Description of the Related Art In general, a columnar structure is a rigid structure embedded in the ground when concrete is poured. However, a pillar structure for a safety fence or a support structure for a railroad crossing has a cushioning function. There has been proposed a columnar structure that is inclined when a load is applied, restored when the load is released, and is repeatedly inclined and restored. As such a columnar structure, for example,
There is a columnar structure described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 12446, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-33543, or Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-316835.

[0003] The columnar structure described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-12446 is a pillar having a cylindrical body whose upper end is closed, a fixing portion for inserting and fixing the lower end of the pillar, and removable to concrete on the ground. And a rubber-like elastic body provided between the fixing portion and the outer cup. The rubber-like elastic body is integrally vulcanized and bonded between the fixed portion and the outer cup. The lower end of the support is inserted into the opening of the fixed portion and screwed, and then the outer cup is grounded. It is fixed to concrete. Further, in the columnar structure described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-33543, a conical or trumpet-shaped base portion is provided at a central portion of a base to be attached to concrete on the ground, and a support for a safety fence is integrally erected on the base portion. Do it. The safety fence post is made of a rigid material, such as rubber or reinforced plastic, reinforced with steel pipe, piano wire or fibrous material. Further, the columnar structure described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-316835 has a structure in which a foundation made of an elastic structure having a flexible portion formed in at least one direction is provided at a lower portion of a column.

The above conventional columnar structure has the following problems. In other words, actual fairness 5-124
In the columnar structure described in JP-A-46-46, the fixing part and the support can be separated, and when one of them is damaged, the damaged part can be replaced. However, since the rubber-like elastic body surrounds the outer peripheral surface of the fixed portion, the thickness of the surrounding rubber-like elastic body must be increased in order to increase the inclination angle of the support when receiving a load. (Outer diameter) and height must be increased. Therefore, there is a problem that a mold at the time of molding becomes large. Further, the columnar structure described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-33543 is
Since the structure is such that rubber is adhered to the lower end of the column, a large mold is required in the processing step of vulcanizing the rubber, and if it is damaged, it is necessary to replace the entire columnar structure.

The columnar structure described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-316835 can be used at a position where it is desired to incline against a load from a certain direction. If they are the same, actual fairness 5-1244
It depends on the thickness and height of the elastic structure, as in the columnar structure described in Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 6-64. Furthermore, in any of the conventional columnar structures, since the rubber-like elastic body for providing a buffer function surrounds the lower end of the column, the outer diameter of the column lower end is larger than that of the column. There is a problem that it protrudes outward.

FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing another embodiment of the rubber-like elastic body 23, in which a flexible portion 23A is provided in a part, and when a load is applied to the columnar body 10 in a desired direction, the columnar body 23 is moved in that direction. This makes it possible to tilt more flexibly. FIG. 5 (a) shows a case where one half of the plane has a flexible portion 23A, and FIG. 5 (b) shows a case where about one third of the plane has a flexible portion 23A. When the flexible portion 23A is formed of rubber containing short fibers obtained by mixing rubber with natural fibers, metal fibers, or synthetic fibers, the hardness of the rubber is changed, or the amount of short fibers is reduced. When forming by laminating rubber and a woven fabric, it can be formed by a method such as reducing the number of laminated woven fabrics.

As is apparent from the above description, since the movable columnar structure according to the present invention has a configuration in which the columnar members are stacked on the elastic base, a large load can be obtained by utilizing the compressive deformation of the rubber-like elastic member. Can be absorbed. Further, since the elastic base on which the columnar body is mounted is formed separately from the columnar body and is connected to the columnar body and the base body via the connecting member, molding is easy. Further, not only is the installation easy, but if any of them is damaged, only the damaged part can be replaced. In addition, the outer diameter of the elastic base can be substantially the same as the outer diameter of the columnar body, and the lower end of the columnar body does not expand outward.
Further, when a flexible portion is formed in a part of the rubber-like elastic body in the elastic base, the pillar can be more flexibly inclined only when a load is applied to the support in the desired direction.
