By providing a sealing partition between the area where the glass substrate is cleaned (cleaning section), the drive system storage section and the cleaning section are completely separated, and the wastewater after cleaning is reused. Dust generated from the drive system, especially wear dust generated by the engagement of the drive gear is not mixed into the drainage,
The degree of maintenance or replacement of the circulation filter can be extremely reduced. However, the liquid crystal cell manufacturing process can be performed more efficiently than before, and the product yield is improved.
