In order to achieve the above object, a protective cover for an electric wire according to the present invention is provided on an electric wire provided between two ends of electric wires coming from the front and rear of an upper part of a pole. A protective cover to be attached, wherein a cylindrical cover main body is formed of a flexible synthetic resin, and a cutout is provided at a lower end portion of the cover main body so as to be openable and scalable along a longitudinal direction. And the inner peripheral surface of the cover main body are held at a predetermined distance from each other. The cover body is flexible and preferably a flame-retardant synthetic resin, for example a flame-retardant polyethylene. By using the flexible synthetic resin in this way, even if the edging line is curved, it is well adapted to its shape, and the edging line and the inner peripheral surface of the cover body are nested on the outer peripheral surface of the cover body. The wire is held at a predetermined interval so as not to cause a ground fault even if the wire contacts the ground wire, so that a ground fault accident is reliably prevented.

[0007] The protective cover for the binding wire attached to the pin insulator for holding the edging wire is a pin insulator for holding the edging wire installed between two ends of the electric wires coming from the front and rear of the upper part of the pole. A protective cover to be attached, the cover being formed of a synthetic resin, the cover being attached to a cap portion of the pin insulator and a neck portion located below the cap portion and anchoring an edging wire; and the body cover. And an insertion portion provided on one side of the portion and communicated with the insertion portion and through which the edging wire is inserted. The protective cover for the edging wire according to claim 1 is engaged and connected to both ends of the insertion portion. And a configuration in which an engaging portion is provided. This protective cover is also preferably made of flame-retardant synthetic resin. If the protective cover is attached to the pin insulator, and furthermore, the protective cover attached to the front and rear wrap around the pin insulator is engaged with and connected to both ends of the insertion portion, the pin insulator can be connected. In addition, the entire front and rear edge lines can also be covered, thereby more completely preventing ground faults.

Further, since the protection covers A, A of the wrap around the pin insulator are connected before and after the protection cover B of the pin insulator, the pin insulator C and the entire wrap around the front and back of the pin insulator C are covered in series, and the nesting is performed. A ground fault accident caused by contact of the wire material can be reliably prevented in a wide range. If the pin insulator C is not provided, the protective cover A for the wraparound wire alone can be used alone, and the function of preventing a ground fault can be sufficiently exhibited.

As described above, the protective cover for the wrapping wire according to the present invention is a protection cover to be attached to the wrapping wire provided over the telephone pole, and is formed of a flexible synthetic resin. The wire is a nesting material because the curved wire is familiar with the curved wire and the inner circumferential surface of the cover body is held at a predetermined distance between the wire and the inner peripheral surface of the cover body. Even if touching the protective cover, the distance from the edging line is sufficiently maintained, and the ground fault is reliably prevented.
