【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項1】
相異なる所与温度に応じて過渡的な熱的不整合を生じる1対の部品を有し、該部品はバケットを支持するタービンロータホイールとさねはぎを備える隣接ホイールとからなりその間に整合する面を形成するガスタービンにおいて前記両部品間の前記熱的不整合を所定の熱的不整合以内に保つ方法であって、
流体媒体を両部品の一方の一表面に沿って流して前記一方の部品を、両部品の前記熱的不整合の大きさを前記所定熱的不整合以内にとどめ得る温度まで加熱または冷却し、
前記流体媒体を、前記タービンロータホイールから軸方向に遠い方の前記隣接ホイールの一方の表面に沿って流して前記熱的不整合を前記所定熱的不整合以内に減らして前記さねはぎを形成している要素の相対変位を防止する、
ことを含む方法。
【請求項2】
前記さねはぎは両ホイールの整合した軸方向面間に形成されており、そして前記流体媒体を前記隣接ホイールの前記タービンロータホイールから軸方向に遠い方の一面に沿って流す段階を含む請求項1記載の方法。
【請求項3】
高温燃焼ガスを前記タービンを通るように流すことにより前記タービンを始動し、こうして前記部品間の熱的不整合の増大を起こし、そして冷却媒体を前記一表面に沿って流して両部品間の前記熱的不整合を前記所定熱的不整合以内に保つことを含む請求項1記載の方法。
【請求項4】
前記タービンを通る高温燃焼ガスの流れを終わらせることにより前記タービンを停止し、こうして前記部品間の熱的不整合の増大を起こし、そして加熱媒体を前記一表面に沿って流して両部品間の前記熱的不整合を前記所定熱的不整合以内に保つことを含む請求項1又は3に記載の方法。
【請求項5】
高温燃焼ガスを前記タービンを通るように流すことにより前記タービンを始動し、こうして前記部品間の熱的不整合の増大を起こし、そしてタービン始動中冷却媒体を前記一表面に沿って流して両部品間の前記熱的不整合を前記所定熱的不整合以内に保ち、前記タービンを定常状態で運転し、そして前記タービンを通る高温燃焼ガスの流れを終わらせることにより前記タービンを停止し、こうして両部品間の熱的不整合の増大を起こし、そしてタービン停止中加熱媒体を前記一表面に沿って流して両部品間の前記熱的不整合を前記所定熱的不整合以内に保つことを含む請求項3記載の方法。
